Josip Jelinic, a physiotherapist and recent Catholic evangelist, was born during the war in Bosnia and has no memories of it. The 32-year-old is on a pilgrimage across the country, carrying an eight-kilogram crucifix and a Bosnian flag strapped to his backpack, to pay tribute to victims from all three communities that make up the country - Bosnian Muslims, Orthodox Serbs and Catholic Croats.

00:00Sing, love, that's the way, the way of peace.
00:18God bless Bosnia and Herzegovina, bless Bosniaks, Serbs and Croats,
00:22bring out your peace.
00:24In the name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. Amen.
00:28What a suffering they went through.
00:32Gentlemen, I beg you, let there be no more war in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
00:36But again, there are certainly people who are still very wounded today,
00:40and especially the families of the victims,
00:43both Bosniaks, Serbs and Croats.
00:45We know that a lot has happened in the war,
00:48and I also want those people to forgive the enemies,
00:53and I want them to have peace in their hearts,
00:56because not forgiveness is a poison that bites a man.
01:15I believe in science, in everything that has to do with it,
01:19but the most important thing is the number.
01:21We need a new lecture in the third grade.
01:25What is it?
01:26The best thing is that love that he wants to connect all people,
01:30that is, a man without hatred,
01:32he wants Bosnia and Herzegovina to show
01:35that with just one gesture,
01:37you can look forward, not back.
01:40But it is certainly very important that everyone repents for their crimes,
01:54both Bosniaks, Serbs and Croats,
01:56because only when we sincerely repent
01:58for what individuals have done to our people, to another people,
02:03then we can be ready for dialogue and a new community.
