00:00it's a busy road quarter down and I've stopped here to put my wet weather gear

00:07on because it's a wee bit wet and Craig and his dad Dale have stopped they've

00:16come out from Market Hill I got a wee message on my socials from the deputy

00:23First Minister who originates from Market Hill, she said could you meet Dale and Craig

00:31I said well I'm not quite sure where I'm gonna be, lo and behold they've tracked me down

00:35and as I was stopping here underneath the shelter to put on my wet weather gear

00:42here they are with his bike and we're going to take a wee cycle up the cycle path

00:49I love your bike Craig that is a brilliant bike you like cycling I love

00:59cycling it's a great thing to do getting into those gloves is a fiddle isn't it

01:06that's it Craig I've got a sticker for you peel that off and put it on your bike

01:25we're cycling down the towpath the three of us the towpath leads all the way into Newy

01:34and Craig loves cycling over the lumpy bits and the rain has stopped so we've got a nice route

01:42to go great bike this is lovely doing this I'm reminded how my brother Martin

01:51and I would cycle together and how much fun it is it's about the business of

01:58being in the here and now and reaching our potential just like Craig and his dad Dale
