00:20Hello, welcome back to CKRTA, I'm Divis Sandoval.
00:24in Special Dialogue, where for 30 minutes, we will discuss an interesting topic that we will present to you.
00:30Don't forget our live streaming, you can watch it on ideachannel.com.
00:34And viewers, let's follow the full Special Dialogue.
00:39Special Dialogue with the Government of Saudi Arabia
00:44The government's election is ready to hold the 2025 Hajj,
00:48where the Saudi government has given 220,000 Friday prayers.
00:54Until today, 161,136 regular prayers have paid off this year's Hajj expenses.
01:02Special Dialogue with the Government of Saudi Arabia
01:07On Eid al-Adha, the government began preparing for the implementation of Hajj 1446 Hijri in 2025.
01:15A total of 221,000 Friday prayers have been given by the Saudi Arabian government to Indonesia in this year's Hajj season.
01:23Special Dialogue with the Government of Saudi Arabia
01:27For this year, the government has officially set the average cost to be paid by Friday prayers as much as Rp 55,431,000
01:35or as much as 62% of the travel expenses for Hajj or Bipi in 2025.
01:43Meanwhile, the total cost of performing Hajj or BPIH is set at Rp 89,410,000.
01:53This figure shows a reduction of Rp 4 million compared to BPIH in 2024, which reached Rp 93,410,000.
02:03Special Dialogue with the Government of Saudi Arabia
02:06The Minister of Religious Affairs, Nasaruddin Umar, hopes that the body of the Hajj volunteers,
02:10the body of the Hajj finance manager, and the stakeholders will coordinate each other to improve the quality of services, security, and safety of the Indonesian Friday prayers.
02:22The second is the limit of the number of Friday prayers.
02:27I predict that there will be a shortage because of many factors.
02:31How can we replace the shortage without creating a new crucial point?
02:41Because what will happen to the combination of mahram?
02:45How can we make sure that there won't be a shortage of toys?
02:50We don't want to waste history.
02:53Special Dialogue with the Government of Saudi Arabia
02:56On the other hand, this year's Hajj prayer has also set a total of 221,000 Friday prayers.
03:04This is in accordance with Article 64, Verse 2, Law No. 8 of 2019 on the prohibition of Hajj and Umrah.
03:12The city is divided into two, namely the regular Hajj city of 203,320 Friday prayers and the special Hajj city of 17,680 Friday prayers.
03:26Meanwhile, until March 14, 2025, as many as 161,136 regular Friday prayers have paid off this year's Hajj fee.
03:36From Jakarta Tim Liputan, Aidek Channel
03:43And to discuss our interesting topic this time, R.I. Syah, the host of Hajj 2025, has been connected via Zoom with Mr. Firman M. Nur,
03:52General Director of the Muslim Association, Host of Hajj and Umrah of the Republic of Indonesia, or AMPURI.
03:58We will go straight to him.
04:00Assalamualaikum, Mr. Firman, how are you, sir?
04:03Waalaikumsalam warahmatullahi wabarakatuh. Alhamdulillah, I'm fine.
04:07Thank you, Mr. Firman, for taking the time on Aidek Channel.
04:11But we are quite interested, sir, this is also related to the expansion of Hajj, especially in 2025.
04:17Let's just go straight to the first question.
04:20From AMPURI's point of view, what is the implementation of Hajj worship in Indonesia so far?
04:27The first is Hajj 2025, or in the year of 1446 Hijri, is a much better preparation than the previous year.
04:43Because of the sincerity of the Saudi Arabian government.
04:46On this occasion, I would like to appreciate the Saudi Arabian government,
04:50which has ensured the strength of Indonesia at the beginning of the Hajj season.
04:54As we know, at the time of the implementation of Hajj last year, on the 12th of July,
05:01the Saudi Minister of Hajj had given the quota to the Indonesian Minister of Hajj.
05:06At that time, the number had been set at 221,000.
05:11This is much more advanced than a few years earlier,
05:13where the quota setting for Indonesia was given about five months before the implementation of Hajj.
05:19This means that Indonesia should be more ready and more early,
05:23because the strength of certainty has been given earlier.
05:25Second, the Saudi Arabian government also sets the date of the process
05:32for the completion of the contract, accommodation, transportation, consumption, etc.
05:38The time limit is also earlier.
05:40Then, including this year, the time limit to issue the Hajj visa is much earlier.
05:46Which has been set, God willing, on the 13th of April,
05:50or in accordance with the 15th of Shawwal,
05:53all the Hajj visas that will depart from Indonesia,
05:56the number of which is 221,000, must have completed the visa process.
06:02This means that almost three weeks before departure,
06:07all visa processes have been completed.
06:08Which in previous years was not like this,
06:12not determined and not faster.
06:14And we hope that the date setting and the acceleration of the administration process, etc.,
06:21will also be followed by a more mature preparation process
06:25for the Indonesian government, which holds and arranges around 203,000,
06:31and also the special Hajj carried out by the PHK as much as 17,680.
06:37We, on this occasion, may be able to update in detail, sir,
06:41about the special Hajj.
06:42Because Ampuri is an association that brings hundreds of volunteers to the special Hajj,
06:47which this year will also hold the special Hajj.
06:50Until today, Alhamdulillah,
06:52we are at the stage of finishing all the contracts, accommodation, transportation, and consumption
06:59in Saudi Arabia,
07:00which the time limit must be completed by March 25th.
07:12It means that in the next few days, all the contracts must be completed.
07:16After March 25th, until April 15th,
07:21which coincides with April 13th,
07:23around two weeks,
07:25we also have to finish the visa process.
07:27And Alhamdulillah, from the preparation of Ampuri members, everything is going well.
07:31We see the timeline and how many processes have been completed.
07:34Inshallah, the time limit given by the Saudi Arabian government
07:37for the completion of the contract until March 25th will be completed.
07:41It is also funny that until the third peak, April 13th,
07:45the visa process, Inshallah, we at the special Hajj will also be able to complete it
07:48according to the time set by Saudi Arabia.
07:51Mr. Firman, the improvements made by the Saudi Arabian government
07:55is this an input from the Indonesian government
07:58or an initiative from the Saudi Arabian government itself, Mr. Firman?
08:02Saudi Arabia, in doing an evaluation, is very open to accepting input,
08:09including cases that become obstacles in the implementation stage.
08:15As we know, the Hajj event is the largest event in the world
08:18where millions of people do the same activity in the same place.
08:23And the movement from one point to another
08:25also at times when the count is not days but hours.
08:28And it is always done in a good evaluation.
08:31Alhamdulillah, the increase in services during the Hajj in Indonesia
08:35every year also increases and the level of satisfaction also increases.
08:40We hope that the better and the openness
08:44conveyed by the Saudi Arabian government
08:47about the input and evaluation from us will be strengthened.
08:50And we also hope that things that become obstacles will not happen again next year.
08:55Mr. Firman, it is interesting. We will discuss later.
08:58We will try to review the issue of preparation,
09:01the transition from the Ministry of Religion to the body of the Hajj supporters.
09:05Does this also support the smoothness of the implementation of the Hajj this year?
09:09We will review later. We will discuss later.
09:11And we will be right back.
09:20JEMAH HAJI 2021
09:22JEMAH HAJI 2021
09:24JEMAH HAJI 2021
09:26JEMAH HAJI 2021
09:28JEMAH HAJI 2021
09:30Still in special dialogue, Mr. Mirsa, and before we continue the discussion,
09:33we will deliver some graphic information that was successfully collected by our team.
09:38Let's just go straight to the first graphic, the Jemah Haji quota in 2025.
09:43You can see the graphics on your television screen, Mr. Mirsa.
09:46The regular quota is 203,320.
09:50The Jemah Haji quota is 221,000.
09:53The special quota is 17,680.
09:58To the next graphic, we will try to see the implementation of the Hajj budget in 2025.
10:03Based on Law No. 8 of 2019, Article 64, Verse 2.
10:08There is BIPIH, the position of the Jemah Haji quota.
10:15You can see it in the graphics on your television screen.
10:17And then there is also the BPIH category.
10:20Then the decrease position related to the Jemah Haji quota in 2025.
10:27To the next graphic, we will try to see, Mr. Mirsa.
10:30To the next graphic, we will try to see, Mr. Mirsa.
10:31The Jemah Haji quota in 2025 until March 14, 2025.
10:36There are 161,136 regular Jemah Haji quotas.
10:39Then the Jemah Haji quota has the right to increase.
10:42Then the Jemah Haji quota continues to be a priority.
10:44And also the number of Haji officers is around 2,000.
10:48The source is from the Ministry of Religion.
10:50And hopefully it can be one of your references.
10:54Okay, let's continue our discussion with Mr. Firman M. Nur, General Chairman of the DPP Ampuri.
11:00Mr. Firman, let's continue, sir.
11:02Before we review the implementation, Mr. Firman.
11:05From the city's point of view, what does Ampuri assess with the establishment of this year's quota?
11:10Yes, according to Law No. 8 of 2019 on the Jemah Haji and Jemah Umrah,
11:17the national quota is divided into two portions.
11:21One portion is for regular Haji as much as 92% of the national quota,
11:27which is currently 221,000.
11:30Meaning with 92%, the government or regular Haji will get around 203,320 Jemah.
11:40While our special Haji with 8% of the quota is as large as 17,680.
11:47This is of course a division according to the law and we want it to remain fair.
11:52And of course, the spirit in the future, in accordance with the law,
11:57Haji and Umrah that are included in the priority prolectas.
12:01We certainly hope that there will be a discussion about the division of the quota in the future.
12:06As far as we know, Haji worship is a worship that has a very long waiting process.
12:13What we know in general is a minimum of 15 to 40 years.
12:19It means that when people register as soon as possible within 15 years,
12:22register this year, for example 2025,
12:25they will leave the regular Haji in 2040, 15 years from now.
12:32We see, and this is also felt by many Haji who have registered on the regular waiting list,
12:37when they have been waiting for more than 10 years,
12:41there is an economic improvement in their respective statuses,
12:44and they see the need to be able to get better services.
12:49What they see is a special Haji.
12:51However, this migration cannot yet be accommodated because there is no such thing in the law.
12:55We hope that this amendment to the law also needs to be included.
12:59There is a migration of services, Jemah has been waiting for several years,
13:04then has more economic ability,
13:06can migrate services to get a special Haji service.
13:09However, the quota is still the same as last year.
13:12However, this argumentation needs to be strengthened with the DPR.
13:15However, in general, the idea can already be accepted,
13:19and it does not need to be poured into the law to ensure that
13:22there is no right for Jemah who is waiting to be stepped on.
13:25That's the most important thing.
13:27Not because they are willing to pay more to those who jump the queue, no.
13:31The quota is still the same as last year.
13:36However, if they want to withdraw services,
13:38it can be done through a special Haji service.
13:42As for the quota percentage, we also conclude that it is quite good,
13:48but the sentence is at least 8%,
13:52so later if there is an additional quota,
13:54as we know last year,
13:58about the quota percentage becoming a special Haji,
14:01which is quite political at the national level,
14:06we hope this will not happen again,
14:08if the sentence 8% is enough to be at least 8% for a special Haji.
14:13If at the time there is an additional quota,
14:16which is felt in that year,
14:18this additional quota cannot be absorbed well by the government for a regular Haji,
14:22we at Haji Khusus can get the additional quota,
14:25the amount agreed by the government and the DPR.
14:30So there is flexibility in distributing the additional quota in the coming years.
14:35Mr. Firman, in this year's Haji service,
14:38does it look a little different from the previous years?
14:41The presence of Haji servicemen,
14:44which is usually only done by the Ministry of Religious Affairs,
14:48how do you see this transition process,
14:51especially the purpose is to facilitate the Haji service
14:55and make up for the shortcomings that occurred in the previous Haji service?
15:00Yes, we can see positively
15:04that the government of President Prabowo
15:07really pays attention to the Haji service.
15:11What we see is that there is a new body that we know as the body of the Haji service.
15:17This body, of course, as a nomenclature of the Haji service,
15:21will play a very dominant role later,
15:24the role of the proxy is
15:26how to help the government
15:28ensure that the Haji service is carried out by the body that has been established
15:33and the focus is on the service
15:37or the increase of services in the service of the Haji.
15:40Of course, we need to appreciate this spirit together.
15:43How does this body role with the Ministry of Religious Affairs
15:46can be divided into portions?
15:47As in Law No. 8 of 2019,
15:50the establishment of the Haji service is carried out by the minister
15:54which can be done by the committee that is formed every year.
15:59It means that there is an ad hoc body that is formed every year,
16:02which is replaced.
16:03It means that by preparing the body of the Ministry of Religious Affairs,
16:05the body of the Minister of Religious Affairs,
16:06it is not just ad hoc,
16:08there is already a team, a structure,
16:10whose task every year is to perform services,
16:13evaluate, improve, and next year to always be improved.
16:17This professionalism that we feel is very positive
16:20and that is a progress.
16:22And we are honored, of course, as an implementer
16:26who has had enough experience for years,
16:28ready to contribute and provide constructive input
16:32on how this body can serve well.
16:35However, as we know,
16:36it has been agreed between the Ministry of Religious Affairs and the Ministry of Public Works
16:40that this body will start to work effectively next year, 2026.
16:44This year, as a supporter,
16:46it will still be carried out by the Ministry of Religious Affairs.
16:49We hope that this year,
16:51the Ministry of Public Works will see in detail,
16:53in detail,
16:54how the adherence to the Haji worship
16:56by the Ministry of Religious Affairs is carried out
16:58by conducting research on how to improve services.
17:03And we are sure, God willing,
17:05their professionalism can also not be doubted.
17:08Not led by Ifan.
17:14Okay, Mr. Firman.
17:15We still have one more segment.
17:17We will return to the previous topic.
17:19Later we will try to review in more detail
17:21related to the Haji worship that has yet to be completed.
17:24And what is the strategy later?
17:26And hope for the completion of the Haji worship in 2025.
17:29We will be right back.
17:39Thank you for joining us.
17:41We are still talking with Mr. Firman M. Nur,
17:43Chairperson of the DPP Hampuri.
17:45Mr. Firman, let's continue.
17:47Earlier, Mr. Terket also mentioned
17:50the payment of the Haji worship.
17:53Earlier you said, from the presentation,
17:55there are already some who have paid
17:57and are still waiting for the payment.
17:59What is the status of the payment?
18:01What is the status of the payment?
18:03What is the status of the payment?
18:05Earlier, you said, from the presentation,
18:07there are already some who have paid
18:09and are still waiting for the payment.
18:11Is this really the cycle?
18:14Every Haji worship does not pay in full,
18:18but there is a deadline that has been set.
18:21Mr. Firman.
18:23Yes, it has been established through the Minister of Religious Affairs
18:27that there are several stages of payment.
18:30The first stage and the second stage.
18:32Of course, the basis is the waiting list
18:34which can start in the coming year.
18:38We see that in 2025,
18:43there are some challenges that are quite heavy for the community.
18:49We know that,
18:51although it has been stated earlier,
18:54our President, Mr. Prabowo,
18:57has asked the DPR and Religious Affairs
19:00to reduce the cost.
19:01And it has been stated earlier,
19:03the price this year has dropped by 4 million rupiahs
19:05compared to the previous year.
19:07This is an achievement.
19:09Besides, the challenge is
19:11the exchange rate for the dollar
19:15has dropped significantly.
19:17Last year, the exchange rate was 15,500 rupiahs.
19:20This year, the exchange rate is 16,300 rupiahs.
19:22There is even a place of 16,500 rupiahs.
19:25We see that the economic condition of the community
19:28is also quite difficult.
19:30Therefore, until now,
19:32the level of fulfillment is only 161,000
19:35out of the 203,000 cities provided.
19:37However, because the system is not open
19:41just like that.
19:42So, only an opportunity is given
19:44to the first 203,000 people
19:47who are expected to be able to pay
19:50and be ready to start this year.
19:52Later, when this first stage is closed,
19:54the rest will be opened again.
19:56We look forward to the next 100,000 hours
19:59that have become the waiting list to be fulfilled.
20:02God willing, until now, our experience over the years,
20:05the quota has never run out
20:07and we can finish it.
20:08As long as the Indonesian government is very prepared
20:12for the timeline of the Saudi Arabian Hajj.
20:15We know that the time to complete the visa quota
20:19is now about 23 more days to complete the visa.
20:24This means that this extension must consider
20:27the timeline of completing the visa
20:29that has been set by Saudi Arabia.
20:32God willing, if the community is given a second chance,
20:36the waiting list will continue to be fully filled.
20:39And I am very confident
20:40because this is what the community is waiting for.
20:43Secondly, Hajj worship is a worship that becomes a priority.
20:47There is no priority in life
20:49except for Hajj worship.
20:50This means that the financial ability
20:52will be maximized.
20:53And hopefully, the condition will be
20:56not only for the Amalia Institute,
20:59but also for the Institute of Health.
21:01We also hope that the waiting list community
21:03that has been set for the year 2025
21:06really has the ability and health
21:08to be able to participate in this year's Hajj.
21:11Mr. Firman, when one condition, Mr. Haji,
21:14has been fulfilled,
21:15is there a condition that makes it possible
21:17for the participants of the Hajj
21:19not to be able to participate?
21:22Yes.
21:23The Institute of Health
21:25is a condition this year.
21:27We make sure that the participants
21:30have the physical ability
21:32to complete the Rukun and Hajj duties
21:36minimally well.
21:37So that there are no obstacles on the field
21:40that will be difficult for them
21:42or groups.
21:43Although in general, the preparation
21:45in the committee is extraordinary.
21:47It has anticipated things
21:49that cannot be desired.
21:51However, one of the conditions is set
21:53to ensure that the participants
21:55who are really ready to perform the worship
21:57in a meaningful way,
21:58there is a standardization of the Institute of Health.
22:00And this needs to be fulfilled by all participants
22:03who will depart this year
22:05or who have entered the waiting list
22:07to depart in 2025.
22:09Okay, Mr. Firman.
22:10Last, Mr. Harapan,
22:11for the postponement of the Hajj in 2025.
22:13Just briefly, Mr. Firman.
22:15The first is the 2025 Hajj
22:17is the Hajj that Indonesia
22:19has regained its greatest power.
22:21We hope that the Indonesian government
22:23through the Ministry of Religion
22:25and we as PHK
22:27can cooperate well
22:29to succeed in the postponement of Hajj worship
22:31in a good way by the Ministry of Religion
22:33through PHK or PHK members
22:36in our association.
22:37The second is,
22:38we are reminded that
22:40the 2025 Hajj
22:42is still carried out
22:43in the hot season
22:45whose temperature last year
22:47reached more than 50 degrees Celsius.
22:50In fact, as far as we know,
22:52last year there were many illegal pilgrims
22:55who performed Hajj worship
22:57not in accordance with their visa requirements.
22:59We also hope that there is awareness
23:01for all Indonesian pilgrims
23:03to make sure that
23:05the visa they have is the Hajj visa
23:07so that the worship will be more peaceful,
23:10more comfortable,
23:12and hopefully more peaceful.
23:14So that the worship will be more peaceful.
23:16Mr. Firman, our time is limited, sir.
23:18Thank you for taking the time on IDH Channel.
23:20Hopefully our discussion can be a reference
23:22for the viewers of IDH Channel.
23:24Mr. Firman, always be healthy, sir.
23:26Thank you very much.
23:28Thank you, Mr. Firman.
23:29Emnur, General Chairman of DPP Ampuri.
23:32And the discussion at the same time
23:33seems to end our cooperation
23:35in this special dialogue.
23:37Because the affairs of the future must move forward.
23:39I am Investor Saham.
23:40I am David Sanofal.
23:41See you again.
