00:30So, my advice typically to young founders is that first really capture your own market,
00:48become really good in your own market, like build a solid moat around your core market.
00:53And India is huge and it's heterogeneous, so you know, you want to go not just in big
00:57metros, you want to go to tier 1, tier 2, tier 3, and now people are talking about tier
01:024 and the hinterland.
01:03You know, there's no dearth of market out here, but once you've done that well and you
01:07know you've got a good thing going, that's the time where you seek out opportunities
01:11also.
01:27I would say first is focus.
01:38Do one thing and do it well, so go deep and narrow.
01:41After you're making a profit there, that's when you can think of doing additional stuff.
01:45I would say in your first job, focus on a job where you're either making something or
01:51selling something.
01:52Don't do any other kind of job.
01:54That'll help you in your entrepreneurial journey.
01:56Second, be frugal.
01:58Third, dream big, but start small.
