Pink Salt / Namak – 1 tsp (or to taste)

Red Chilli Flakes / Kutti Lal Mirch – 1 tsp

Black Pepper / Kali Mirch Powder – 1 tsp

Oregano – 1 tsp

Fresh Coriander / Hara Dhanya – 2 tbsp (chopped)

Corn Flour – 5 to 6 tbsp

Oil for Frying
