Bihar: ‘Jilted Lover’ Kills Girl, Her Father Before Shooting Himself Dead At Ara Railway Station

In a shocking incident, a man shot dead a 16-year-old girl and her father on the Railway Overbridge at Arrah railway station in Bihar's Bhojpur on Tuesday (March 25) evening. After killing the father-daughter duo, the accused, identified as Aman Kumar, committed suicide by shooting himself. Following the incident, officials from the police department, RPF (Railway Protection Force) as well as GRP (Government Railway Police) arrived at the scene and an investigation was launched. While the exact motive behind the attack is yet to be ascertained, police suspect Aman is a jilted lover. Further investigation is underway.
