00:34Form of depression and there's no like cure per se. I found that I had a mental disorder

00:55Do any of them track it to the loss of your dad, yeah, I mean that's the big that's the big one
01:00My big thing is trust. It's like, you know one day he was here and then the next day, you know, they're gone
01:06We'll do some 9-eleven jokes and we'll get the fuck out of here. How's that sound?
01:10So the talk therapy is helping it's all about like getting out of that and using your tools
01:15Sounds lame and annoying but like when you do it, it actually kind of works
