02:16politically i think it's very bad from a health standpoint but he wants to take his time with

02:21the vaccine he doesn't trust where the vaccine's coming from i've tried to work with the trump

02:27administration and argue morality in principle for four years you're better off trying to argue

02:34with a rock but it's not just about morality i hope the trump administration opens their eyes

02:45but i'm dubious i'm not going to allow new yorkers to be bullied

02:51or to be abused i'm not going to allow the injustice to continue
