00:00Gentlemen, you're all 9-11 first responders.
00:14Now you see the Senate is filibustering the bill.
00:19What's going through your mind as you're watching this process go down?
00:23We're disgusted.
00:24We're disappointed.
00:26And unfortunately, we're hurt.
00:39I'm here for a reason.
00:40There's a big vote coming up in Congress to reauthorize health benefits for 9-11 first
00:45responders.
00:50I'm embarrassed for New York.
00:52I'm embarrassed that you, after serving so selflessly with such heroism, have to come
00:59down here and convince people to do what's right.
01:05Unfortunately, we just passed a horrible milestone, which is over 10,000 cancer cases, 9-11 related
01:14cancer cases, and continuing.
01:18We just want to make sure that this stays at the fore, so that these individuals can
01:24get the care that they need, in many cases that they earned, and that they're not forgotten.
01:31I want to congratulate Mick Mulvaney on a job well done.
01:37I don't get to see these guys enough.
01:39So it's always great when someone screws up their health care again, and we can all get
01:44together.
01:45We can cut through the nonsense here, everybody.
01:47This is about 12 Republicans on the Senate side.
01:50That's all this is.
01:52You get 12 Republicans on the Senate side, and this thing goes through.
01:55This bill, this program already exists.
01:58It's like you have a Starbucks card.
02:00We're just asking to get a little more money on it.
02:02They responded in five seconds.
02:06They did their jobs with courage, grace, tenacity, humility.
02:18Eighteen years later, do yours.
02:26Thanks.
