00:00Brad is just a great guy, he's really kind of no-nonsense, he's got a really sarcastic
00:22sense of humor, and he has a very knowing quality, you know, you'll talk to him, he
00:30kind of smiles like he knows a secret about you, and he's just a good fella.
00:45I grew up with this, being told that God's going to take care of everything, and it doesn't
00:53always work out that way, and when it doesn't work out that way, you're then told, well,
00:57it's God's will.
00:58Many people find in religion something to be very inspiring.
01:06My father would take us to the drive-in, and you know, as very young kids, we'd see Clint
01:12Eastwood movies and Kung Fu movies.
01:31When I was younger, like in sports, I was capable at everything and great at nothing,
01:36but I never, I couldn't stay with one thing long enough, and I think that, for better
01:40or worse, that has permeated my acting choices.
02:10Uh, no, I wouldn't say stern, I would say there was a lot of family integrity.
02:33They were once I got a job, in fact, they didn't know about it until I got a job.
02:40He's a great actor, and I think underestimated, he's a really great actor, and he's very focused
03:02and dedicated, and works hard on his script, and causes a crowd, but he's great, he's amazing.
03:31I was not prepared for the scale, I have to say, it's, we've seen the pictures on television,
03:44and they're every bit as devastating as they appear.
03:52As you travel around the world, you see so many struggles, even in our own country, so
04:02many people are hurting right now, and based on longitude and latitude, where they were
04:07born, what opportunities they're gonna have, and I've always wrestled with that, and I
04:14feel very fortunate that I'm in a position where I can pass on some of that good fortune
04:20or a helping hand.
04:21I think it's been one of the nicest things about where I get to stand.
04:37We've had the luxury of travel, and that travel has told us that there's people who, there's
04:43senseless things going on, and there's people who need help, and one person with an idea
04:49can start something, and can spotlight, bring a spotlight on to other areas that need it.
05:14We look into a lot of the problems in the globe, and a lot of it has to do with our
05:19inability to understand each other, where we're coming from.
05:44It's important that we understand our history, not for any kind of guilt, but that we understand
05:52who we were, so we can better understand who we are now, and why we're having the specific
06:00problems we're having, or the successes we're having, and most importantly, who we're going
06:05to be, so it's important for that, but listen, at the end of the day, we just hope that this
06:12film remains a gentle reminder that we're all equal, we all want the same, we want dignity
06:23and opportunity for ourselves and our family, and that another's freedom is every bit as
06:31important as our own.
06:42It's that thing of knowing you guys, and knowing you guys, and knowing you guys, and knowing
07:12you've got the best of the best on the opposite side of the table, holding up the scene with
07:19you. And there's great relief in that, and as Leo said, we do, we have the same reference
07:26points, we kind of came on at the same time, we've been going through this at the same
07:29time, have similar experiences to laugh about, and I hope we get to do it again, it was great fun.
