I took my dog Cooper along to Feel Good Club today to test out their dog offering, and boy oh boy was it amazing.

00:10Manchester is well known for being one of the more friendly dog cities in the country
00:15Throughout the whole of the northern quarter alone
00:17You have tons and tons of places that you can go
00:18Take your dog and relax and today me and Cooper are on our way to one of the best places in Manchester
00:24According to everyone who goes there and that is the feel-good Club and we'll let you know what we think when we get hey
00:30So here we are then approaching feel-good Club
00:33It is located just on the edge of the northern quarter
00:35And so he's really really accessible to anyone who lives in this area of Manchester, and it's massive inside
00:40It's a really welcoming friendly environment
00:42You can see the pool table there, and this is the little dog menu doggie sausage and dog pop of course
00:47We had to treat Cooper the dog to both of those things and she loves a pop cup
00:52But she could ever reach the bottom so she made a bit of a mess. She did clean it up
00:55She's very conscientious, and this is what I had so there's the Cali eggs there
00:59Which was sort of eggs avocado on muffins with this amazing onion chili pickle which was great
01:05And if you add hash browns on to that I was expecting a small portion get five hash browns, too
01:09There's Cooper tucking into a sausage and just Wow
01:13Well, I'm full. I think Cooper might not be at least she still doesn't go in for more
01:17She always seems to and but for now

01:35It was through Kira and Amy doing their best to promote wellness well-being
01:42mental health put yourself first
01:45So you're supposed to feel welcome here. It's supposed to be like your home away from home
01:49No calories on the menu
01:51Sit however long you want you don't even have to buy anything if you don't want to if you just need a space to
01:55Be this is the space to be and in the in the evenings. It turns into feel-good Club at night
01:59So we've got like drag events. We've got
02:02Poetry nights open mic nights any sort of Avenue that we can, you know fuel people's creativity and then being themselves
02:10That's pretty much what feel-good lovers with dogs. We we are all of us are dog lovers
02:14Anyway, it's part of the part of the job, but Kira and Amy started the business with their dog
02:20Do you know so it kind of just automatically fed into the brand?
02:24And then we grew it with you know
02:26Taking Polaroids of the dogs that come in and making them customers and like treating them like regulars
02:31Giving them put cups and you know, just treating them like, you know how they should be treated
02:35and I think it creates a really special space where
02:39You're not, you know
02:40You're not going in and knowing that your dogs kind of in the way of the food service or whatever
02:44Like we would love every table to be full of dogs if we can
02:48The best way to support us is you know coming in and you know giving us your hospitality
02:53But yeah, there's a huge much store online, but I'm wide of mouth. It's just you know the best way
