00:00A water service interruption started later in the afternoon in Manila and later in the evening in Manila Water.

00:05Meanwhile, only three lanes are under the construction of the Marilao Interchange Bridge in Enlex.

00:16The traffic from Balintawak to Marilao is still heavy in the northbound lane of the North Luzon Expressway or Enlex.

00:22The construction of the Marilao Interchange Bridge will continue after a truck hit the lower part of it last week.

00:30Meanwhile, an additional lane of Enlex was opened as per the order of the Department of Transportation.

00:36Three lanes are open to motorists.

00:39Meanwhile, tolls are free from Balintawak to Quezon City until Kawayan, Bulacan.

00:44According to Enlex Corporation, they are thinking of taking their expenses from the driver and the owner of the truck to fix the bridge.

00:52There will be a water service interruption in some parts of Cavite.

00:56According to Manila, it will start at 2 p.m. later until 6 a.m. tomorrow.

01:01There is no water in some barangays of Cavite City, Bacoor, Imus, Kawit, Noveleta and Rosario.

01:08There is also a water interruption in some parts of Las Piñas.

01:12Manila Water also announced that they will conduct emergency repair and maintenance activities in some parts of Metro Manila and Rizal.

01:19It will start later at 10 p.m. and will last until 4 a.m. tomorrow.

01:25Some areas in Pasig, Quezon City, San Mateo and Antipolo in Rizal will be affected.
