00:00Hello, I'm James McMurrayvich and I'm standing here in Willenhull on Bilston Street.
00:05Behind me is the area where the new railway station for Willenhull is being worked on.
00:09They've closed one of the lanes today, in fact it's actually down to just one lane all
00:12the way along this road which has caused a lot of traffic jams.
00:16You can see behind me the amount of traffic that's passing through right now with the
00:19mini roundabout in front of me.
00:21I've also spoken to a bunch of business owners who've told me about how they've been suffering
00:25as a result of the work taking place today.
00:27There's one business owner saying that he's about 60%-70% less customers than he usually
00:32would have and he's weighing up whether to just close for the next five months that these
00:35works are going on.
00:36In addition to that, they've also said that they've felt that they've had no real response
00:39from Walsall Council.
00:41So there's a lot of work going on here, for the next five months this is going to be the
00:43situation here in Willenhull.
