00:00Well, I ended up second, so I'm really happy to finish the day, obviously, on the podium.
00:11It was a tough day.
00:12I mean, the practice was good, it's just everybody was fast, rhythm sections, everybody was doing
00:18the same thing.
00:19Only the whoops really made a little difference, but I got a good lap in practice, and going
00:28into the heat race, I got a good start, but I got fourth, I got past, and my whoops were
00:34not so good, but I got better towards the end.
00:39A guy like Brayton, you know, was pushing hard in the whoops, but I was able to get
00:43him back and then get better in the whoops, so that was good.
00:46But going into the main event, those whoops were super rough, and I was able to get through
00:53them pretty good, so I was happy about that.
00:56My start was good, I was a comfortable second behind Cooper, and I knew it was going to
01:00be, obviously, a long main event, but I relaxed a little too much in that one section and
01:05lost the front end, and from that, I was like, man, it's going to be tough to get on the
01:10podium tonight, and then a couple laps later, I passed Tomek back and then Roxen back, so
01:18that gave me a boost of maybe confidence, and I couldn't believe it.
01:23I was like, dang, I'm back to second, so obviously, Cooper had maybe a six-second lead
01:30or something like that, and I was able to catch him, so it was good, but not enough
01:35to pass him.
01:37So yeah, the speed was good, and I felt like tonight I could have won, even though it was
01:44maybe not expected, you know, from before the main, but yeah, starts are important,
01:50but even though with the crash, I was able to get second, so that's amazing.
01:53Yeah, and just touching on how, like you said, it switched back that one lap, so much happened,
01:59that's really telling of this track, right?
02:01It was really hard.
02:02Yeah, it was super hard.
02:04I mean, you want to race hard, but it's easy to make mistakes, but yeah, I was trying to
02:11be consistent, smart, smooth, and it came to me, you know, and on that track, I was,
02:18obviously, not every single lap doing what I wanted to, especially through the whoops,
02:23but I got better towards the end, and you just needed to be patient, and yeah, to be
02:29able to, like I said, pass Tomek and Roxen back, you know, it's really important.
02:33It was a struggle, a bad start, and then I just crawled my way towards the front, so
02:38you know, I'll take a third for sure.
02:40There's only round four, 13 to go, and we'll just want to be in the hunt at the end.
02:44Yeah, it was huge.
02:45Two in a row, it's pretty spectacular, I can't believe it, honestly, and red plate,
02:53first time ever, 450 career, I mean, it's a big night, it's spectacular, and to do it
02:59back-to-back is insane, so I'm stoked, and hopefully we can keep it rolling, awesome
03:04night for KTM, one, two, three, and yeah, let's get this thing going.
03:09Is the old Cooper Webb back?
03:11I surely hope so.
03:12I mean, I feel good, I feel confident, I feel like I'm maybe the new Coop, I've learned
03:18a lot and matured a lot, so hopefully that applies, and we'll keep it rolling.
