00:00The Department of Transportation thanked the decision of the Norcoson Expressway
00:05that the NLEX-Marilao segment will be free to pass while the broken bridge is being repaired
00:11after it was hit by a large truck on Wednesday.
00:13DOTR Secretary Vince Dizon also announced that the completion of the broken bridge will be completed
00:19within a week instead of two or three weeks.
00:22As part of the plan of the NLEX to put vertical steel support on the Marilao Interchange Bridge
00:29while adding lines to the northbound so that the traffic flow will be proper.
00:35The NLEX also plans to put a metal barrier on the toll road so that the accident will not happen again.
00:42From Lawang Bato in Valenzuela towards the Marilao Interchange,
00:47three lines will be opened while there will be a zipper lane after the Valenzuela Interchange.
00:54Class 1 vehicles will be allowed to pass from the Marilao Interchange
