00:11The International Criminal Court, or ICC, is preparing the prosecution and defense for the case of former President Rodrigo Duterte,

00:18Crimes Against Humanity, before the confirmation of charges in September.

00:23And from The Hague in the Netherlands, live from Katutok, this is Marie Zuma.

00:31Ivan, in order to ensure that the process in the ICC will remain fair,

00:35the evidence that will be used against him will be informed,

00:39and the process in the near future will be held by the ICC's Pre-Trial Chamber 1

00:45in the same prosecution and defense, disclosure of evidence, or filing of evidence,

00:50in connection with the case of Crimes Against Humanity,

01:48The prosecution needs to submit all of this in April 4.

01:52The defense has until April 11 to give their observation
