After a scary run-in with some truly messed-up doppelgangers, It turns out Sonic the Hedgehog is A-OK! Going against the recommendation of Tails, the Blue Blur heads out once more to do battle with his arch nemesis Dr Robotnik. But, what seems like a regular Sonic adventure at first, soon turns into something much darker.

Sonic boom, Sonic splat, Sonic thud: these are just some of the noises this hedgehog makes right before he goes to the big Green Hill Zone in the sky. And that’s all he’s thinking about, these days. Nothing can take his mind off his fear. Sonic racing with Shadow the Hedgehog, training with Knuckles, a date with Amy Rose, fishing with Big the Cat: Sonic’s mind is only on one thing.
