In the very first giant room. There is a U-shaped pipe hanging from the ceiling. Climb up onto the nearby ledge and jump onto the pipe. After that, a teddy bear will flash on screen to confirm the cheat was unlocked. To activate the cheat, go to the secrets option at the main menu screen and turn it on. Enjoy!!
