00:05previous Secretary General, very good man. Both of them are good. The current man is

00:11fantastic. I've dealt very well with both gentlemen and we have, I think we have

00:18the confines of a deal. I hope we have the confines of a deal. I'm doing it for

00:21two reasons. I've been having very good discussions, as you know, with President

00:26Zelensky and with President Putin. And President Putin will tell you that

00:30without the United States, he wouldn't be worried. But he is worried when the

00:37United States is involved. And I have to tell you, I've dealt very well with both

00:42gentlemen and we have, I think we have the confines of a deal. I hope we have

00:47the confines of a deal. I'm doing it for two reasons. Number one, and by far most

00:53importantly, thousands of young people, and they're not American people, they're

00:57Russian and they're Ukrainian, are being killed every week. Thousands a week. And

01:01also the United States has paid, because of Biden, 350 billion dollars on a war

01:08that should have never happened. If we had a competent president and this right

01:13sitting right here, that war would have never happened. It would have absolutely

01:17never happened with me. And it didn't happen. For four years it didn't happen.

01:20Is the U.S. planning to give up the position of NATO's Supreme Allied Commander? And if so, why?

01:26NATO is something that I saved. NATO was gone until I came along. In fact, the

01:32previous Secretary General, very good man. Both of them are good. The current man is

01:38fantastic. But both of them said, if it wasn't for Trump, you wouldn't even have

01:42a NATO. Because we were paying the costs of almost all of the countries. And now

01:47they're paying. I said, we're not going to do this. We're not going to continue.

01:50You hurt us on trade. You do bad things on trade. And then on top of it, we're

01:54supposed to pay for your military. And because of what I did, hundreds of

01:58billions of dollars flown into NATO by countries that just weren't paying. They

02:02were delinquent. They weren't paying their bills. So NATO is solid. They're

02:08strong. But they have to treat us fairly. Because look, without us, NATO is not the same.
