00:05A day later, police revealed the bus driver set the fire as revenge for a pay cut,
00:10staging it as an accident. According to reports, the accused got benzene and a toner wiping cloth,
00:15then set it on fire near Hinjwari on Thursday. The police also stated that Janardhan Hambadekar,
00:21the accused, also had a dispute with some of the employees and wanted to take revenge,
00:25but the four employees who died were not among them.
00:27He confessed to the crime and is now in custody. On Wednesday, a minibus carrying 14 workers
00:33caught fire, spreading from the bonnet. The driver jumped out, but four passengers,
00:38Subhash Bhosle, Shankar Shinde, Gurudas Lokre,
00:41and Raju Chauhan died as the emergency door failed. Others escaped with severe burns.
