00:05Well, initially, when this job became available, I thought I was going to Tanzania.
00:11So I said, where's Tanzania?
00:14And then they said, no, it's Tasmania.
00:16I said, well, where's Tasmania?
00:18I didn't even have any idea, to be honest with you.
00:20It wasn't Australia at all.
00:21And so, to answer your question, I didn't know where it was.
00:24But everything I heard about it resonated with me that I needed to be there.
00:28And so once I figured out where it was, I was all in to get here and start this franchise.
