00:00So I've come all the way to Ottawa to meet Devon Larratt, who has the strongest arms
00:11in the world.
00:12This is his house, and I think this is also where he trains.
00:15Last time I met him, he was huge.
00:17This time, he's even bigger.
00:19I'm about to reveal a secret, how he got so insanely strong.
00:25Devon Larratt is a living legend in the sport of arm wrestling.
00:29He's wrestled all the strongest arms in the world, and has now dominated the sport for
00:33over a decade.
00:34So what's the secret to his insane strength, and is it even all strength, or is there more
00:38to it?
00:39Well, we're about to find out, because we've been given a rare opportunity to document
00:43exactly how he trains to still get stronger at almost 50 years of age, and how he trains
00:49his sons to one day take over the throne as the world's best arm wrestler.
00:56I hope this is his house.
00:58There he is.
00:59He looks huge.
01:00There we go.
01:01Hey, man.
01:02Good to see you again.
01:03How are you, buddy?
01:04It's been a while.
01:05So happy to have you.
01:07This is your house?
01:08Yeah, yeah.
01:09Welcome to Arm Wrestling Central.
01:10Oh, my God.
01:11Hey, how's it going?
01:12How's it going?
01:13Your whole family is ready.
01:14Do you want a drink?
01:15Something to eat?
01:16No, I'm okay.
01:17Get right to it?
01:18Get right to it, yeah.
01:19Come on in, guys.
01:20Come on in.
01:21You looked a bit smaller in this photo, Devon.
01:28Yeah, yeah.
01:29This was a few years ago, huh?
01:31Yeah, it's been a couple of years while I was still serving.
01:34I kind of let myself go a little bit since I was working.
01:38And you're Myle, right?
01:39Yeah.
01:40Magnus, nice to meet you.
01:41Nice to meet you, man.
01:42You're also into arm wrestling?
01:43I am.
01:44So what is this table?
01:45This is where I do most of my work.
01:47This is an arm wrestling table that's kind of been retrofitted with a cable system attached
01:52to it.
01:53Very simple design.
01:54Because it looks custom-built.
01:55It is.
01:56Yeah, it's also ancient.
01:57This table was initially owned by an arm wrestler called Leanne Dufresne.
02:00Actually, she was the best woman arm wrestler in the world for a while.
02:03This table has been with me for like over 20 years.
02:07So much of my training is done off this table and weights off the floor.
02:10Right, because you have so many different machines here, but to me, they all look kind
02:15of similar.
02:16I have a couple arm wrestling tables that we bring out when we do parties and stuff.
02:22I use these bands, I use this cable, but I use weights off the floor, but this is really
02:27it.
02:28Hey, guys.
02:29Quick question.
02:30Have you ever landed in a new country and realized you have no internet?
02:33Or even worse, have you ever come back from a trip feeling great, only to realize that
02:38your phone bill costs more than your flights?
02:41That's why I use Saily.
02:43Taxi!
02:44Saily is an affordable eSIM app that gives you data plans in over 160 countries.
02:51So no more searching for Wi-Fi or getting ripped off by overpriced airport SIM cards.

03:14the QR code on the screen.
03:16Seriously, this is a game changer.
03:18Link is in the description.
03:20Please check it out.
03:24All right, so show me what you would do on this then.
03:26I guess we can start you off with rising.
03:29And the action is raising your knuckle up.
03:33So when you're on the arm wrestling table, and we're arm wrestling each other, like,
03:38that feels like, God, right?
03:41This, right?
03:42It's like your hand feels so strong, gripping up, and the nose is so large.
03:46This is a big part of arm wrestling, right?
03:47This ability to rise up.
03:49And so we train that exact motion.
03:55So rising is kind of always happening.
03:58No matter where the match is, if you can do this movement, what it does is it puts the
04:03pressure in your opponent's fingers, and it lets you be able to open your hand and
04:07re-grip.
04:08Very important strength.
04:09It's very small, but super important.
04:12This is very exact to how the motion feels on the table.
04:17This is what we call rising, posting, back pressure.
04:21They made a movie about it, Over the Top.
04:24This ability, this is what starts off.
04:26When was that made?
04:27Was that before you started?
04:28Yeah.
04:29I think that was back in the 80s.
04:31Is that what got you into it?
04:32I got into it with my grandmother.
04:33Oh, really?
04:34Yeah.
04:35I started arm wrestling with my grandmother.
04:36Yeah.
04:37I was like five or six, and arm wrestling was my reward.
04:41Yeah.
04:42Yeah.
04:43For like doing chores.
04:46This is when you're arm wrestling somebody, and you go to the outside like this, and you
04:51bend the wrist back.
04:53We'll call this one pronation.
04:54Now I can go this way.
04:56I can put my body over here, and kind of roll out.
05:01So arm wrestling is pretty technical then, compared to what-
05:04It's like a miniature martial art.
05:06So like jujitsu is technical.
05:09That's it.
05:10Let it come down.
05:11It's such a strange movement.
05:12This is that pronator muscle that we talked about, right?
05:15Okay.
05:16This is this.
05:17Look at Devin's muscle here.
05:18Yeah, see?
05:19That's for turning.
05:20I don't have any muscle there.
05:21See?
05:22This is not a climber muscle.
05:23Right.
05:24This is specific for arm wrestling.
05:25Do you have that too?
05:26Oh, yeah.
05:27Of course.
05:28That guy right there.
05:29Yeah.
05:30Maybe you were born with it though, since you're his son.
05:32I definitely had a bigger one than most people without training.
05:35So I think it would be interesting also to grip up with you and also Devin, just to see
05:39if I can even move him slightly.
05:42I don't think I have any chance.
05:43We'll get on the table.
05:44It's like a-
05:45I'll probably have a bit of right.
05:46You'll have a bit of left.
05:47Yeah.
05:48Yeah.
05:49But this left is super important.
05:50This is maybe, like, this is maybe one of the most important pieces, okay?
05:55So, like, when you talk about this, just this very simple motion, massive part of arm
06:02wrestling.
06:08So your whole family is into arm wrestling, or you have a daughter too, is she also into
06:11arm wrestling?
06:12She's got the high school championships coming up in like a month.
06:15Oh, nice.
06:16Yeah, yeah.
06:17She arm wrestles.
06:18She's not as crazy as the rest of us, but she's been arm wrestling since she was a baby.
06:21So a lot of times when you arm wrestle, your arm starts to kind of get away from your body.
06:25You start to fall away.
06:26You start to go down like this.
06:28A lot of arm wrestling is making sure your arm stays inside your body, okay?
06:34So this, we're supinating, okay?
06:36And this is for re-gripping and hooking and pressing.
06:40Like that?
06:41Yes.
06:42Perfect.
06:43Good.
06:44Nice.
06:45Yeah, this one-
06:46I feel it in my bicep.
06:47Yeah, this one, you look, you have good mechanics with this.
06:50Yeah, the other way is kind of weirder for you.
06:53This seems to, you move naturally like this.
06:56It almost cramps up the biceps.
06:58Yeah.
06:59Open up your hand if you can.
07:00Yeah.
07:01Good.
07:02What happened to your fifth finger?
07:03What?
07:04Anything ever happen to your fifth finger?
07:05No, no.
07:06It's just like that from rock climbing.
07:07Kind of like you with your arms, right?
07:09Uh-huh, uh-huh.
07:10Yeah.
07:11Can you stretch it out?
07:12No, no, I can't at all.
07:13No.
07:14But I see-
07:15It's the same with my pinky too.
07:16Your fifth finger is a bit-
07:17Yeah, yeah, yeah.
07:18It's a bit-
07:19When I walk around, I walk around with my finger like this.
07:20Yeah, it's got a weird bend to it.
07:21Yeah, it does.
07:22I don't see that.
07:23I can straighten that out if I want, but it's like-
07:25It's like tighter.
07:26It's tighter, yeah.
07:27Yeah.
07:28I can't even do that with my pinky.
07:29It like goes across your hand like, you got monkey hands, man.
07:31That's awesome.
07:32And when did you get into arm wrestling?
07:39I was young.
07:40I was like five or six, right?
07:42Oh, wow.
07:43Yeah, so kid.
07:44But I did it for fun.
07:45Yeah.
07:46Like with kids in school, I was just always totally cool to do it.
07:49Like if anybody was arm wrestling, I was there.
07:51I met a professional arm wrestler when I was 18.
07:54Oh, wow.
07:55Yeah.
07:56And then I was all in.
07:57But then, this is something that you don't talk a lot about, but you've been in the Special
08:02Forces for Canada too, right?
08:04You were in Afghanistan?
08:06Many times, yeah.
08:07And you've been shot?
08:08A couple times, yeah.
08:09That is crazy.
08:11And also, I heard a story where the helicopter you were in got shot down.
08:16Yes.
08:17But it's something you don't talk a lot about.
08:19Why is that?
08:20People would brag about that.
08:21Is it secret at all?
08:23Not anymore, right?
08:24I would say it's probably past its important time to be secret.
08:30A lot of people are sensitive about sharing that kind of stuff.
08:35I do talk about it, but if somebody wants to hear about it, I'll talk about it.
08:45It's a really ... War is a messy thing.
08:49It's a messy, messy thing.
08:52Not to really be glorified too much.
08:55Right.
08:56That makes sense.
09:03So, when we were little, my dad offered us $100 if we could lift this bar with one hand.
09:10It's not easy.
09:11Even this, this is not an easy thing for somebody to do.
09:15Milo makes it look easy, but even that ...
09:18You lift it like that?
09:19Either or.
09:20I did under with the one hand.
09:21You can do it any way you want.
09:22You can do it.
09:23I thought you were going to lift it with a thumb.
09:24No.
09:25You can.
09:26Normally, you just do cups.
09:27We usually do it like this, but the way we do it for our message is something on the
09:30side.
09:31So, you cup it in and do it like that.
09:32Wow.
09:33And you got to find the balance point.
09:34Otherwise, it gets a little weird.
09:35Yeah.
09:36Oh, yeah.
09:37Easy.
09:38No problem.
09:39No problem at all.
09:40How old were you when you got your first $100?
09:41I think I was 12.
09:43You weren't 12.
09:44No.
09:45I think I was 12.
09:46Not a chance.
09:47Yeah.
09:48So, my first party, being a kid, picking that up and being really happy.
09:51How many years between you guys?
09:52Two.
09:53He's two years old.
09:54Two and a half-ish.
09:55Yeah.
09:56But that bar right there, that lift, most arm wrestlers that are just kind of doing
10:00it for fun can't lift that.
10:01Really?
10:02Yeah.
10:03Most people can't.
10:04Huh.
10:05You have a very specialized type of strength.
10:06It's not yet.
10:07You got to back up a bit more.
10:08Yeah.
10:09Got to back up a bit more.
10:10It's almost like a sloper, right?
10:11Yeah.
10:12Yeah.
10:13Show the thumb exercises we do.
10:14Yeah.
10:15This one's my favorite.
10:17So, you do one more wrap.
10:18Then you wrap around the thumb.
10:19Right.
10:20And then you kind of just sit into it, get the tension, and close your thumb like this.
10:24It's going to blow that muscle up like crazy.
10:26Yeah.
10:27You should do a couple sets.
10:28It'll look bigger than you've ever seen it before.
10:30And then what do you do?
10:31Like that?
10:32Close your hand?
10:33Open and close.
10:34That's it.
10:35Yeah.
10:36Action the thumb.
10:37Action the thumb.
10:38Over and over and over.
10:39Yeah.
10:40That's it.
10:41Yeah, that's it.
10:42Work that.
10:43That's it.
10:44Wonderful.
10:45And then the further down you go, the harder it is.
10:4612 days?
10:4712 days.
10:4812 days out.
10:49Artem Taranenko.
10:50Yeah.
10:51I'm feeling good.
10:52I'm feeling ready.
10:53Yeah.
10:54That's why I'm not doing much today, because I'm resting.
10:55Did you guys do any other sports?
10:56Or was arm wrestling always what you're going to do?
10:59Combat in general.
11:00I did judo when I was younger, and jiu-jitsu, and played basketball.
11:02Really, I was overactive.
11:03And so was Milo.
11:04We played most sports.
11:05How about hockey?
11:06I mean, you're from Canada.
11:07Yeah.
11:08No hockey.
11:09No hockey.
11:10So, we're kind of an abnormality in that way.
11:11Okay.
11:12Yeah.
11:13Most families play hockey, but not arm wrestling.
11:14We're the one Canadian family that doesn't skate.
11:16Yeah.
11:20And you are currently, like, top three in the world, right?
11:23And who else?
11:24Who's like your biggest competition right now?
11:26Levon Saganishvili.
11:27He's the best.
11:28Right.
11:29You know, there's a lot of guys at the top.
11:31Ermes Gasparini from Italy, Vitaly Letin from Russia.
11:35Super heavyweight arm wrestling, it goes deep.
11:37Like, there's a lot of guys from all over the world that are chasing it.
11:42What do you guys think of the Eddie Hall versus Brian Shaw match?
11:45Because I was super surprised that it was so even.
11:48Yeah.
11:49It was close.
11:50So weak.
11:51Yeah.
11:52We thought Brian was going to just destroy him.
11:53Right.
11:54Right.
11:55That's what I thought, too.
11:56And, you know, he really kind of did.
11:57You know, like, Brian did a great job.
11:59Eddie was good.
12:00He fought well.
12:01And he was loud.
12:02Yeah.
12:03I liked that.
12:04That was cool.
12:05Very combative.
12:06How would these guys do against Eddie or Brian, do you think?
12:08Maybe we'll find out someday.
12:09Yeah.
12:10Maybe we'll find out.
12:11But, like, today, do you think that they would have any chance?
12:12Or is the strength just...
12:13Yeah?
12:14That's our guy.
12:15Maybe.
12:16That's our guy.
12:17Maybe.
12:18Maybe.
12:19Hard to say.
12:20Okay.
12:21Right.
12:22That's likely going to happen.
12:23Because you're way more technical, right?
12:24I would say very likely.
12:25And Devin is.
12:26Because I talk to some arm wrestlers, and they say that you're the smartest arm wrestler
12:29out there.
12:30Maybe not the strongest, physically, but the smartest.
12:31The bar is really low for arm wrestlers, so...
12:32Brian Shaw's going to win.
12:33Really?
12:34Yeah.
12:35I got to answer Brian Shaw, right?
12:36Yeah.
12:37Yeah.
12:38Yeah.
12:39Yeah.
12:40Yeah.
12:41Yeah.
12:42Brian Shaw, right?
12:43Brian Shaw, yeah.
12:44I was going to just hang out.
12:45Brian.
12:46Devin, what's up, man?
12:47Hey, buddy.
12:48I'm here with Magnus Mitvoe.
12:49Hey, what's going on?
12:50Yeah.
12:51Yeah, we were talking about you earlier.
12:52We were doing pinch grip.
12:53I bet he kicked your ass.
12:54He did.
12:55He did kick my ass.
12:56Yeah.
12:57Yeah.
12:58He's pretty good.
12:59Where are you guys at?
13:00We're just at my place.
13:01We're just...
13:02We're just...
13:03We're just...
13:04We're just...
13:05We're just...
13:06We're just...
13:07We're just...
13:08We're just...
13:09We're just...
13:10We're just...
13:11We're just...
13:12We're just...
13:13We're just...
13:14We're just...
13:15I'm running him through a little arm wrestling workout.
13:16I actually...
13:17We were just talking about your match.
13:18Awesome, man.
13:19Yeah.
13:20Awesome, awesome.
13:21Anyway, you want me to call you back in a bit?
13:23You want me to call you in like an hour or two.
13:30Yeah, brother.
13:32I'm actually just driving on the road.
13:33So I'm free whenever.
13:34Just hit me up.
13:35Okay.
13:36Okay.
13:37Thank you so much, Brian.
13:38I'll call you in a bit.
13:39You're welcome, brother.
13:40Be great, brother. I love it. I love it.
13:44Later, buddy. Hey, look up.
13:46Oh, is that him?
13:47Oh, yeah. Be great.
13:48Be great, right.
13:49Gigantor.
13:51So you guys are good friends, I guess.
13:53I love Brian. People think of Brian Shaw and they're like, what a monster.
13:58Right.
13:59And he is.
14:00He is a monster.
14:01He is a monster.
14:02I mean, you're tall. How tall are you?
14:03I'm like 6'5".
14:04Only 6'5"?
14:05Yeah, I think he's like 6'8".
14:11So is this dangerous at all?
14:12I mean, you always see people online breaking their arms and stuff.
14:16Have you broken any arms?
14:19People who don't drink enough milk are generally brittle and fragile.
14:24I've run into a bunch of non-milk drinkers.
14:27Vegans?
14:28In our sport, our injuries are, you know, broken arm is really famous.
14:33And what is it that you break? It's this bone right here, right?
14:35Yeah, spiral fractures.
14:38And you only have one bone in here, so then your arm is basically not attached to anything anymore.
14:41It's useless.
14:42You also get muscle tears, bicep, pec.
14:47These are the main ones. People blow their pec, people blow their bicep.
14:50And you've had some injuries.
14:51I have.
14:52Your bicep tore?
14:53Yeah, Levan tore my bicep there.
14:57What does it say?
14:59It says Levan was here in Georgian and there's a little kitty cat that says 415 on it for Levan.
15:06Well, you guys are good friends though, right? Even though you're also competitors.
15:09He's the best. He's a big inspiration to all of us.
15:11But do you have to fake beef before a match or does it not matter?
15:15We can get there.
15:17Okay.
15:18Look, if Levan and I have a match, we're going to fight.
15:20Right.
15:21We're going to fight.
15:22Are you going to trash talk him too?
15:23Yeah.
15:24What is the line though?
15:25It's hard to trash talk Levan. It's hard.
15:28But if I think that there's a way...
15:31What is your go-to? What do you call him?
15:33Well, I have called him a pussy a lot.
15:36But that's why I've got that. I used to call him a 415-pound pussy.
15:44Nice. You're very, very strong. You're very, very strong.
15:46Really try to focus on keeping this arm up instead of...
15:50To me, that's counterintuitive.
15:52I know it feels counterintuitive, but when you're going down, you don't want to have this on the table
15:56because you want to be able to use the momentum of you going down to be able to continue this movement.
16:01Nice. I'm going to give you a bit more resistance now.
16:03That was already a lot.
16:06Oh, Jesus.
16:08So, we might be similar strength.
16:11No. I don't think so.
16:13No, I'd say we are. I'd say we are.
16:15But I'm just manipulating you with little tiny micro-movements to be able to favor me.
16:21I didn't even think of that, but my position is better now, isn't it?
16:25You've got it good enough.
16:26Yeah.
16:27Milo is real strong.
16:29Yeah. So, he's giving me a good position and I'm still not able to move you at all.
16:34But what I'm doing is I'm opening you. I'm pronating you.
16:37Right.
16:38So, I'm kind of putting it more on your bicep and you're not really able to pull me back at that point.
16:43Okay. So, I'm gripping and then you want to be as high like this as possible, right?
16:48And to prevent you doing that, do I squeeze or how do I prevent you?
16:51You just do the same thing back to me.
16:52Same thing. Okay.
16:53You have to outrise and outpost me.
16:56Did you guys get that?
16:57So, when you grip up, you want to be as high as possible, right?
17:01Correct.
17:02So, we both try to be…
17:05Let me jump in.
17:07Yeah.
17:08Milo is very good, okay?
17:09But I'm going to show you a little bit about what happens before.
17:12Because so much of what happens, happens before they say go, okay?
17:16Okay.
17:17So, so much happens with the grip you accept.
17:20You see this angle, this high low?
17:22You want to be high up.
17:24You want to open your thumb as wide as possible.
17:26And you see what happens is the mistake that people will make is they will grip you.
17:31Okay.
17:32So, if I…
17:33So, I wait for you to grip.
17:34Wait. Yeah.
17:35And as you do, you take up the tension.
17:37So, as I start to lower, you kind of do a little bit of a hammer curl.
17:41And you take up all this tension into my hand.
17:44Yeah.
17:45Right?
17:46So, if you can make your arm be pulling into my fingers, this is to your advantage.
17:50Okay.
17:51You see this line right here?
17:53Mm-hmm.
17:54Any way that this line can be moved up, whether it's through the thumb, whether it's through the bottom of the hand.
17:59Okay.
18:00The more that you are up in my fingers, the better you will be.
18:03And once you have that, you hammer curl back.
18:06Yeah.
18:07And you prone and you cup your wrist and you lean to the side.
18:10Okay.
18:11Yeah.
18:12With your whole body as well.
18:13Nice.
18:14Nice.
18:15Nice.
18:16Yes.
18:17Good.
18:18And you see how you're kind of using your arm?
18:21Yeah.
18:22I shouldn't do that.
18:23It's okay.
18:24So, you were kind of like this.
18:25Yeah.
18:26Okay.
18:27But what you can do that's even easier is this.
18:29Right.
18:30So, you use your body.
18:31Your whole waist.
18:32Everything.
18:33I don't have as much weight to use.
18:35Yeah.
18:36Good.
18:37Good.
18:38And then.
18:39Yes.
18:40Yeah.
18:41Much better.
18:42Okay.
18:43Much better.
18:44So, your arm is doing good things.
18:45You're pulling up really good.
18:46But as soon as you pull up like this, bend your wrist hard.
18:51Bend my wrist hard.
18:52Yes.
18:53That's way better.
18:57So, this is a strap, right?
18:58Yes, it is.
18:59And when does this come into play?
19:01So, often when we're arm wrestling.
19:02Yeah.
19:03A lot.
19:04Like, we talked about how the high spot's important.
19:05Mm-hmm.
19:06Both guys normally understand this.
19:07So, when both guys go for the high spot, often it slips.
19:09Right.
19:10So, most professional arm wrestling is done in the strap.
19:12Okay.
19:13So, I'll quickly put this on.
19:14How many times do you slip before the strap comes on?
19:16Just one.
19:17One.
19:18Okay.
19:19One slip, and then you're in the strap.
19:20Do you prefer strap?
19:21We train for strap because it's inevitable.
19:22Right.
19:23In pro competition, either one guy or the other one wants it.
19:26Yeah.
19:27So, what do I do?
19:28What is the technique now then?
19:29No different.
19:30No different.
19:31Exact same thing.
19:32Make sure the elbow's up.
19:33Up.
19:34The only difference is now we're attached, so you don't need to hold on at all.
19:35Okay.
19:36Just open your hand while you're going for the rise.
19:37Okay.
19:38You can take that high.
19:39You can re-grip while you hit.
19:40Okay.
19:41So, it's like that.
19:42Very good.
19:43Yeah.
19:44Very, very good.
19:45Try to think about instead of going for the pin, just get the match close to you.
19:51Bring the match to your center.
19:53Yeah.
19:54Yes.
19:55Way better.
19:56Way better.
19:57Hitting a person in one move is actually very rare.
20:00What's more likely is to bring the match inside, bring the match inside, and then eventually
20:05it appears.
20:06Okay.
20:07I can demonstrate now if you want.
20:08It'll be something like this.
20:09There you go.
20:10And then see, okay, I've kind of got control now.
20:11Yeah.
20:12Now I can pin.
20:13Yeah.
20:14I won't right away be like, rah, and hit right away.
20:15I'll get control and finish.
20:16Okay.
20:17Right.
20:18Yeah.
20:19Nice.
20:20Yeah.
20:21Great top roll.
20:22Try to bend your wrist more.
20:23Okay.
20:24I feel like your top roll's great, but bend that wrist.
20:25Bend the wrist.
20:26Because if you can, it's just another piece you can take away from me.
20:27Okay.
20:28Yeah.
20:29Nice.
20:30Very good.
20:31So, when are you doing your first tournament?
20:32Is this usually how you spend your Friday nights?
20:38Yeah.
20:39Normally.
20:40Whatever.
20:41Devon has a belt.
20:42What is that belt?
20:43That is the East versus West.
20:44Is that the heavyweight?
20:45I don't know which one that is.
20:46Heavyweight or 115 or 105.
20:47It's one of the world titles.
20:48Yeah.
20:49Okay.
20:50No big deal.
20:51Yeah.
20:52Nice.
20:53We arm wrestle because we love it, you know?
20:54Right.
20:55We're not doing it for a belt.
20:56Right.
20:57Like, the belt is the goal, but, you know, even if there's no belt, I mean, I'm still
20:58going to arm wrestle.
20:59How old are you now?
21:00I'll be 50 soon.
21:0150 soon.
21:02I'll be 50 in April.
21:03So 49.
21:05And you're still getting stronger?
21:06I think so.
21:07Yeah.
21:08Yeah.
21:09It's wild.
21:10Arm wrestling seems to be one of those sports where you can get stronger even a little bit
21:11older.
21:12It takes so long to build up your hand.
21:13Yeah.
21:14It's that old man strength, right?
21:15Yeah.
21:16That it's like, you're just going to keep getting stronger and stronger.
21:17I hope so.
21:18I mean, I don't want to stop.
21:19I'd love to keep on competing at a high level.
21:20Yeah.
21:21Do you do anything differently now from when you started?
21:22No.
21:23No.
21:24No.
21:25No.
21:26No.
21:27No.
21:28No.
21:29No.
21:30No.
21:31No.
21:32No.
21:33Do you do anything different now from when you started?
21:34Oh, so many things.
21:35Yeah.
21:36Yeah, so many things.
21:37And that's things that these guys are just going to do from the start.
21:40So 30 years of learning, I try and put into these guys so that they don't have to make
21:48all the mistakes that I did.
21:49Yeah.
21:50Hopefully by the time we're his age, our arms will actually still be able to straighten.
21:56So with this information, how many percent stronger do you think I am now on wrestling?
22:03How much does this help?
22:04Because, I mean, strength is important.
22:05We would have to practice.
22:06We would have to practice that a lot.
22:08This is not going to instantly turn you into Superman.
22:11No, no.
22:12But like, is it like 5%?
22:13Well, it'll help you for sure.
22:14I mean, if you can hit your angles, it's going to help you.
22:16But...
22:17Geez.
22:18That hand is just like steel.
22:22I don't know.
22:23It's a 5'11 or 5'12 maybe.
22:26Or what?
22:27Oh, okay.
22:28Yeah, yeah.
22:29V11.
22:30V11.
22:31That's your V15.
22:32V15.
22:33V17.
22:34That's the ultimate boss right there.
22:37But okay.
22:38So...
22:39Oh my God.
22:40Come on, Magnus.
22:41Come on, Magnus.
22:42It's good.
22:43It's good.
22:44Keep climbing, Magnus.
22:45Keep climbing.
22:46Don't stop climbing.
22:47I love weight categories.
22:48Thank you, buddy.
22:50It's so good to have you here.
22:51It's impossible.
22:52It's so good to have you here.
22:53I can't keep up with you even climbing the stairs, so...
23:04I wish that you guys got to try this.
23:06I can pull force.
23:07I'm not moving at all.
23:08I think you would need 10 of me, or maybe 20 to be able to do that.
23:13All right.
23:14Well, thank you so much.
23:15Thank you, buddy.
23:16Next video, we're going to go climbing and doing a bunch of weights and different stuff.
23:21So make sure you check out that.
23:23Make sure you check out everyone here on social media, and I will see you next time.
23:26Thanks, buddy.
23:27Sorry for the wait.
23:28Yeah.
23:29I don't understand how this is even remotely possible.
23:30Oh, there's no way.
23:31There's no way.
