00:00My name is Jacek Ziemba, I'm co-directing Kronos the New Dawn with my friend Wojciech.
00:13And yeah, my name is Wojciech and I have the pleasure to work with Jacek and co-direct
00:17Kronos.
00:18And Kronos is a sci-fi survival horror and in a way a dream come true for us to make.
00:29It will be the thing, a Carpenters movie.
00:34We are also inspired by Dark, Netflix TV series.
00:38About time travel.
00:39We can't forget about that space.
00:41But also we're somewhere there because we have also the protagonists and other maybe
00:46similar things.
00:48When we think about movies, it will be of course 12 Monkeys, you know, like the convict
00:53being sent in time, maybe we'll ring a bell.
00:56But also Dark Souls series.
00:59We also love to, you know, push our game into a little bit more challenging, challenging
01:05direction.
01:06Yeah.
01:07In Kronos, you play as a traveler and the travelers, because there is more of them,
01:13are being sent to the ruins of human civilization to search for the time rifts and jump back
01:19in time to extract people who didn't survive the apocalypse.
01:24Travelers are the only ones that can survive the environment in our future setting, in
01:30our game.
01:31The only ones that can travel to the past and keep up or survive encounters with monsters.
01:41This is not a typical soldier.
01:43This is like a diver in time.
01:45So that's why we came up with this design that we really love.
01:53The world of Kronos, it's like alternative history when the world ends in 80s by the
01:59apocalyptic event that we called The Change.
02:02We push action like more to the future when we play as a traveler, when we try to find
02:09in this destroyed world, reminiscence of, you know, of the people, but what's the most
02:14important like the time, time rifts that can bring us to the past.
02:27We are calling them the orphans because they are what was left from humanity.
02:34The orphans can take different forms.
02:37So you encounter different enemies with different, let's say, skill sets, different abilities.
02:42The important ingredient is body horror here, and we chose it to create maybe a little bit
02:50as an homage also to the thing and overall genre of body horror.
02:55But what was important for us that, okay, they need to be created only from human flesh.

04:20To be honest, we can't wait to show you more about our game.
