00:00My name's Ben, I'm the owner and founder of Clear Lace Tattoo Removal and today we're at the Leeds branch in Central Arcade in Leeds City Centre.
00:10So you've just opened this studio, you have previously run a studio in Sheffield for years, tell me a bit about how the first two months here in Leeds have been.
00:19It's been fantastic to be honest with you, it's a really nice spot, it's a great location and we're just building a new client base.
00:27Luckily, I just mentioned there, we've got the Sheffield branch and we've been there and established for quite some time now.
00:34So it's really helped us to get set up here and get things started and continue to grow.
00:40Just tell me a bit about the TikTok, you've run a TikTok account since lockdown and you've amassed millions of views, just tell me a bit about how that came about.
00:51So the second lockdown, January 2021, I realised that TikTok was a bit of an up-and-coming platform and that we weren't on there.
01:03So I had lots of media to be able to post on and lots of time to be able to reply to the comments and things.
01:08So it just naturally grew and it grew really quite quickly and quite rapidly and amassed millions of views and followers and quite a few viral videos on there, which is brilliant.
01:22It just really helped us to grow as a business.
