00:00More than 600 metric tons of rice were imported by the Department of Agriculture or DA this March compared to the last year when more than a million were imported.

00:20Now, the importation of onions by the Department of Agriculture is decreasing, according to the Department of Agriculture.
00:30Based on the data of the DA, 641,000 metric tons of rice were imported on March 13, which is almost half of the importation last year at the same time, which is 1.2 million metric tons.
00:47According to DA spokesperson Arnel De Mesa, the rice is expected to be good this year.
