00:00Malacanang was shocked by the lack of action of former President Rodrigo Duterte in the case of EJK at the time of his conviction as the reason for his arrest.

00:10The palace also reminded Vice President Sara Duterte of the importance of her duty to the Filipinos.

00:20There is no one else to blame but former President Rodrigo Duterte for pursuing the International Criminal Court to answer this and to make the accusation against our leader.

00:33PCO Undersecretary and Palace Press Officer Atty. Claire Castro said that there is no action in the cases that are being complained about regarding EJK

00:42if the reasons for Duterte's arrest were found and he was brought to justice.

00:50Castro will remember that before the formal appointment of President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. to the Cabinet in June 2022,

00:57the Prosecutor of the ICC said that Duterte's administration is in a hurry to conduct an investigation and to arrest the EJK perpetrators.

01:09This is the reason why Castro will continue the ICC's inquiry into extrajudicial killings.

01:17If there is anyone to blame for the continuation of the ICC, it is the former administration because they did not act immediately regarding these cases.

01:27They are still complaining about the bloody war on drugs.

01:57I think he should think that he needs the Philippines as a vice president. He should be working not only for his father although it is acceptable and we can understand how he feels now.

02:18But he should remember that he is being told that millions of Filipinos voted for him and he should serve this.

02:26The second president of the Philippines left Manila on March 12 to join his father in the Netherlands and to look for a place to build a defense team.

02:34According to reports, the Vice President gave the authority to travel to Europe from March 11 to April 30.

02:42As of now, there is no official announcement on the exact date of the second president's visit to the Philippines.
