00:00Four seed in the east region. Arizona is the heftiest favorite in any of their opening round
00:05of 64 matchups. 13 and a half point favorite against the champions out of the MAC. That
00:10would be Akron, Maryland. The four seed in the west region. Double digit favorite against the
00:15champions out of the WAC. That is Grand Canyon University. GCU into the big dance for a fourth
00:20time in the last five years. And a couple of compelling games for those two final four seeds.
00:26Purdue just a seven and a half point favorite against High Point. A lot of people back in the
00:31Panthers riding that HUS bus. Texas A&M gets a 13 seed in Yale. That last year was a 13 seed after
00:40winning the Ivy League. It beat a team on the four line out of the SEC. That was Auburn last year.
00:46This year it is Texas A&M. When you look at those four seeds, Donnie, let's start with the better
00:52version of it. Who are you most confident in being able to make a run, maybe even see in that second
00:57weekend? Odds aside, it's probably Arizona. And it's one of those teams that like the confidence
01:02level sort of wavers. Like I like Maryland. I like Purdue. I've talked about that multiple times. A&M
01:06again out of the SEC. But when I say to myself, what happens if things aren't correct with Duke
01:11and Cooper Flagg, re-injures the ankle is not 100%. They have the talent and the horses to run
01:17with Duke. And it also meant that they won two games already in the NCAA tournament and they're
01:21bona fide on a national championship run. So for me, it would be Arizona at that point. Purdue to
01:27me, probably the slipperiest slope out of those four teams that were on that graphic. But if we're
01:31just saying again, take the odds out of it, you're not talking about price point here. I do believe
01:35Arizona is the best team followed by Maryland here. I would bump Purdue back there with Texas
01:40A&M, even though you take a look at the price points there, a 110 and a 110 on each side.
01:45So I would probably put Purdue fourth there, but Arizona, I think deserves to be at the top
01:49of the list if, and it's a big if, if they can knock off Duke or if Duke's not 100%,
01:54why can't they then go ahead and knock off, let's just say Alabama and find themselves in a final
01:58four? We'll find out sooner than later, but that team's got some talent if they can put it together.
