00:17The local government of Cebu City initiated two projects to improve the living conditions of residents in Barangay Siraw,

00:25which is almost 20 kilometers away from the city proper.

00:29First, a groundbreaking ceremony was held for the rehabilitation of a multi-purpose building

00:34initiated by Cebu City Mayor Raymond Alvin Garcia along with other officials of the city and barangay.

00:40With the help of this, the distribution of the needs of the residents will be faster.

00:46This is an additional building, an improvement in the barangay.
