03:51There is no blame upon the Prophet for what Allah has ordained.
04:17They fear him, but they fear none but Allah.
04:36And sufficient is Allah as Reckoner.
05:06There is none like unto you, but the Messenger of Allah, and the Seal of the Prophets.
05:23And ever is Allah Knower of all things.
05:45Allah is the Greatest.
06:15We are watching a special program of Ramadan called Rehmat-e-Sahad.
06:20In this program, the rights of people are discussed.
06:28Today, we are discussing the rights of neighbours.
06:33The word neighbour is evident from the fact that the neighbour is in the same shadow.
06:49Allah and His Messenger have mentioned many rights of neighbours.
06:54The Prophet has said that if the message of Jibreel-e-Ameen had been about the rights of neighbours,
07:08it would have been as if the neighbours would have been inherited.
07:13The Prophet has said that Jibreel-e-Ameen is not a believer.
07:25The Companions asked, who is the Messenger of Allah?
07:29The Prophet said, the one whose shadow is not protected by means of communication.
07:37Such is the right of neighbours.
07:41We will discuss the behaviour of neighbours in our society.
07:49We have with us Mufti Muhammad Tahir Tabassum.
07:57Thank you for coming.
08:01We have with us Dr. Sayyed Hamid Farooq Shah.
08:10We have with us Mr. Muhammad Zaheer Bilali and his team.
08:18We have with us the founder of this programme, Qari Mujahid Hussain Qadri.
08:29Thank you for coming.
08:33We will start with Asma-e-Girami.
08:41In the name of Allah.
09:11In the name of Allah.
09:41In the name of Allah.
10:11In the name of Allah.
10:41In the name of Allah.
11:11In the name of Allah.
11:41In the name of Allah.
11:44In the name of Allah.
11:47In the name of Allah.
12:00Welcome once again.
12:04As I mentioned in the intro, Mufti Sahab, there are so many rights,
12:10that is, the neighbor is so strict with him that he will not be a believer if he does not express himself.
12:20In the name of Allah, and all praise is due to Allah, and peace and blessings be upon the Messenger of Allah.
12:24Salim Bhai, the real thing is that the will and intention of the religion of Islam
12:29is a peaceful and stable society,
12:37through which a person feels peace and tranquility from another person, from another Muslim, from another Muslim.
12:48There should be no suffering, pain or pain.
12:53All the rights, whether it is the rights of neighbors, the rights of relatives, the rights of the road, the rights of the elders, the rights of the young,
13:02are for ease.
13:04And this is the reason for the stability of the society.
13:07This is the stability and beauty of the society.
13:09The big difference between the human society and the animal society is the difference between peace and tranquility.
13:18In the animal society, the stick belongs to the buffalo, and the strong man of the jungle does whatever he wants.
13:24This is not the law of the jungle.
13:26There is an order, an order, there are laws, there is respect for each other, and there are principles of mutual understanding.
13:34Keeping those principles in mind, where the religion of Islam has focused and emphasized on the rights of others,
13:44there are three types of neighbors mentioned in the Qur'an.
13:58And Allah has given the commandment to treat everyone with kindness.
14:02Now, one of them is the neighbor who is your relative.
14:07The second is the neighbor who is a stranger, not a relative.
14:10And the third is the neighbor who is your colleague.
14:13You are traveling in a car, the one who is sitting next to you on the seat,
14:17the religion of Islam also gives the order to fulfill his rights.
14:21You are working in an office, so it also gives the order to fulfill the rights of your colleague.
14:28The one who sits next to you on the seat, the one who sits in the cabin next to you.
14:31He sits in the cabin.
14:32You see, you have traveled from one place to another, you have to get off at a destination.
14:39But the will and intention of Islam is that the duration of this journey,
14:45you should behave so well that when he is away from you, he will not be able to forget you for the rest of his life.
14:52In this regard, you and Mr. Shah are also my neighbors.
14:55What is the doubt in this?
14:56You are my neighbor.
14:57You still don't believe it.
14:59I believe it, but I realized more from what you said.
15:02You are our neighbor.
15:03Okay, how many people is this applied to?
15:06That is, the one who has the wall, is he the only one?
15:09Or, as I said, you two are there, so Mr. Qari and Mr. Bilali, are they also my neighbors or not?
15:15Is their team also neighbors or not?
15:17Are the cameramen neighbors or not?
15:19In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
15:21All praise is due to Allah and peace and blessings be upon the Messenger of Allah and upon his family and companions.
15:25You asked a very beautiful question, Huzoor.
15:28In this, there is a Hadith.
15:30The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said,
15:34that at least 40 houses are your neighbors.
15:38Okay.
15:39At least the whole neighborhood.
15:41Yes, this is at least.
15:42Okay.
15:43At least.
15:44That is, 40 right and left are everywhere.
15:46Yes.
15:47So, he is right.
15:48In front and behind.
15:49Yes, yes.
15:50This means that Mr. Qari is also a neighbor.
15:51Mr. Qari is also there.
15:52The one behind the camera is also there.
15:53He is also there.
15:54The one above, Mr. Zaheer, is also there.
15:55All of them are there.
15:57It is good.
15:58It is good.
15:59I got to know.
16:00No, Mr. Zaheer comes in Waljar-e-Zilqurba.
16:01He has three rights.
16:02Yes.
16:03This is great.
16:04He has the right of honor, the right of nearness, and the right of Islam.
16:07Yes.
16:08So, the three types of neighbors that the Qibla has said,
16:12those who are your close relatives, they have three rights.
16:15They have the right of nearness, the right of honor of humanity, and the right of Islam.
16:19And those neighbors who are not relatives, they are strangers.
16:22They also have two rights.
16:23Not of nearness, but the other two are there.
16:25And the third is the one with whom you have to sit and stand for a few moments.
16:29Okay.
16:30So, that is also your neighbor.
16:31And you have said a very beautiful sentence in the intro,
16:33that for a neighbor, the word hum-saya is used.
16:35Yes.
16:36So, whatever has become your hum-saya,
16:38now your good shadow should fall on it.
16:40Yes, absolutely.
16:41It was said in the narration of the Prophet,
16:43that such a woman has a lot of importance in prayer, fasting, and the rights of Allah.
16:49But her relations with her neighbors are not good.
16:52So, now the Prophet has the authority.
16:54The Prophet has said that she will go to hell.
16:57Then it was said that such a woman has a lot of importance in prayer, fasting, and the rights of Allah.
17:02But her relations with her neighbors are not good.
17:04The Prophet has said that she will go to heaven.
17:06Allah!
17:07Now, the judge of heaven, who has the authority,
17:10has himself made it clear what the rights are.
17:12So, in this regard, Hazrat Imam-e-Azam,
17:14Imam Abu Hanifah, may Allah have mercy on him,
17:17you have said that for a neighbor,
17:19it is not possible to limit yourself to the extent that you have 40 houses in front and back.
17:26In everyday matters, whoever you are in contact with,
17:30who are affected by your matters,
17:32whether they are at your workplace,
17:34or traveling with you,
17:36or the way we all meet each other these days,
17:39they are all your neighbors.
17:40Meaning, the one who can be affected by your matters,
17:44he is your neighbor, he is your neighbor.
17:47You should deal with him with good morals.
17:50Hazrat Imam-e-Shafi'i says that the whole neighborhood is included in your neighbors.
17:55So, for this reason, you should ask Allah for good neighbors.
17:59And you should also pray to be safe from bad neighbors and bad neighbors.
18:05So, if you want to pray for others,
18:07you should also try to be good yourself.
18:09So that no one else is affected.
18:11He wanted to ask that are you my neighbor or am I also your neighbor?
18:17Without a doubt, we take care of your rights.
18:19Now, what are those rights?
18:21What should be the best treatment?
18:23This will be discussed after a speech.
18:25Yes, Bilal-e-Ishaaq, Bismillah.
18:41I kiss the beauty of the Haram with my gaze.
18:50I kiss the footsteps of the Master.
19:01I kiss the beauty of the Haram with my gaze.
19:12I kiss the footsteps of the Master.
19:23I kiss the beauty of the Haram with my gaze.
19:34I kiss the beauty of the Haram with my gaze.
19:53I kiss the feet of Islam.
20:09I kiss the footsteps of the Master.
20:20I kiss the beauty of the Haram with my gaze.
20:32The name of my love is Muhammad.
20:51Even if I kiss a lot, I kiss less.
21:07This is my taste, this is my way.
21:26I write his name with my pen.
21:37This is the tradition of Siddique Akbar.
21:56I kiss the feet of the Prophet's name.
22:06I kiss the footsteps of the Master.
22:17I kiss the beauty of the Haram with my gaze.
22:39Ladies and gentlemen, welcome once again to Khair Maghtam.
22:42Mr. Mufti, what are the rights, what is the beauty of treatment?
22:45What kind of treatment is given to them?
22:47This is a very important question.
22:49Most debates and discussions are that the rights of neighbors are very high.
22:55But it is not told what those rights are.
22:58And this is a very sensitive issue.
23:00The first right is that the respect of the neighbor should be considered his respect.
23:05There should be no kind of disregard.
23:10Disregard for the neighbor is considered a great sin by the Messenger of Allah.
23:20And with that, the sensitivity of this is that if you are cooking something in your house,
23:28the fragrance of it should not reach your neighbor.
23:36And if it goes, then the food should also go.
23:39Yes, this is a very important point.
23:41It should not be that there is so much obedience to them or not.
23:47And their children have been left alone.
23:50That is why the Prophet Muhammad, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him,
23:52where the hadith that you quoted,
23:55He also said that no person can be a believer until then.
23:59That person can never be a believer.
24:02The one who sleeps with a full stomach and his neighbor spends the night hungry.
24:09So this is also in his rights.
24:11The neighbor needs to fulfill his needs.
24:15This is also his right.
24:17If he asks you for a loan, then you have the ability to give him a loan.
24:22This is his right.
24:24This is his right.
24:25That is, he is receiving his right.
24:28If he becomes ill, then it is his right to visit him.
24:32It is obligatory on you.
24:33If he dies in the neighborhood, then it is his right to offer his funeral.
24:38And it is obligatory on us, on other neighbors.
24:41If you are bringing something from the market,
24:44Then bring it secretly.
24:45So that his heart does not break.
24:50And if he cannot bring it to his children, then he will be worried.
24:55But the big misfortune is that despite knowing all this,
25:00Despite listening,
25:01We make so many mistakes in this,
25:04Even that we wash the floor of our house,
25:08And put the water in front of the neighbor's door.
25:11Allah!
25:12Instead of water, they throw garbage.
25:14They throw garbage there.
25:16And with this, also remember in today's time,
25:19In your house, with such a loud voice,
25:22You put on the television, or run a day recorder,
25:26And put it on time.
25:27Put it on time,
25:28So that your neighbor has a problem with it.
25:32You take care of this too.
25:34If the houses are completely connected,
25:36If you are awake late at night and the sounds are coming,
25:40Because of which their comfort is being disturbed,
25:42Then avoid this too.
25:43Definitely.
