02:49President Duterte stated that he recently published

02:53that his net worth is more than P28 million.

02:57According to the ICC, if the accumulated assets of the accused are not enough,

03:01there is a trust fund of the court that can be used to help the victims.

03:06Meanwhile, Solicitor General Menardo Guevara refused

03:09to be the government's lawyer in the petition for habeas corpus

03:13filed in the Supreme Court by some of Duterte's brothers

03:16in connection with the arrest of their father.

03:19Guevara insisted that the ICC has no jurisdiction in the Philippines

03:22and that the justice system in the country is working.

03:25That's why it's possible that the government's OSG will not be effective in the case.

03:30Guevara served as the Justice Secretary of the Duterte administration.

03:34Malacanang replied,

03:36Maybe it's better if Soljen himself assesses himself.

03:41If he deserves to stand as Solicitor General.
