01:37Yusef Castro insisted that even though this is Roque's case,

01:40it has no effect on the cases he is facing here in the country.

01:44Moreover, his request for asylum or international protection is not yet finalized.

01:48Roque should be able to prove that there is political persecution in the cases filed against him.
