00:00So my favorite thing to always ask new artists nominees is like, do you feel new?
00:03How long you been around?
00:04Oh, that's a good question, right?
00:07Um, I do still feel very new, though, in a sense of it's so many people that haven't met me yet.
00:13And I'm just I'm just grateful. I don't care how long it took to get here. I'm in here.
00:17And I like that this event is kind of like, the new and also celebrating a lot of legends
00:22like Mariah Carey that's being honored tonight. So how do you feel about her?
00:25I'm so excited. I grew up listening to and studying artists like Mariah Carey,
00:28so she deserves this too, by the way, I actually think it's long overdue. So congrats to her.
00:33But, um, again, just to be under the same roof as an artist as great as Mariah Carey just speaks
00:38volumes. We have Billboard Women in Music at the end of this month. We have some amazing girls that
00:46we are honoring Dolce, Gorilla, Money Long. So tell me what about those girls that you love?
00:51I love them. I love Dolce's creativity. She's so unique.
00:54Money Long can sing down, baby. And Gorilla get me in my act.
