00:00In the name of Allah, the most Beneficent, the most Merciful.
00:14Peace and blessings of Allah be upon His Beloved, the most Beneficent, the most Merciful.
00:19Ladies and gentlemen, the special transmission of Nimat-e-Iftar is being presented to you from the Lahore studios of RYQ TV.
00:25And I am your host, Dr. Sarwar Hussain Naqshbandi.
00:28This segment of Islah-e-Muashera is being presented to you every day in which we discuss a topic related to Islah-e-Muashera.
00:40But like every day, we will continue the program by presenting a blessed hadith to you.
00:48The Holy Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, mentioned four deeds and said that they will take you to Paradise.
00:55By following these four deeds, the path to Paradise becomes easier.
01:00So, we should certainly try to follow the deeds that the Holy Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, mentioned.
01:08And in the context of Islah-e-Muashera, I would like to say that these four deeds are also related to the society.
01:16They are related to your attitude, your morals, your interaction with people.
01:24The Holy Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, mentioned four deeds and said that they will take you to Paradise.
01:45The Holy Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, mentioned that you should spread peace and blessings in abundance.
01:52The Holy Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, mentioned that you should feed the needy.
01:58These are the deeds that will take you to Paradise.
02:01They are related to the society and our social life.
02:06The Holy Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, mentioned that you should maintain a close relationship with your relatives.

02:34May Allah accept these four deeds, spread peace, feed the needy, maintain a close relationship with your relatives and offer Salat at night when people are resting.
02:49With the blessings of Allah, you will enter Paradise.
02:52Let's move on to today's topic and the introduction of the guests.
02:57Today's topic is Fisko Fujoor and it is related to the society and people's reformation.
03:07Mufti Ghulam Yassin Nizami Sahib has joined us.
03:10Welcome.
03:12Thank you for coming.
03:14Mufti Muhammad Naveed Chishti Sahib has joined us from Sialkot.
03:18Welcome.
03:21Dr. Muhammad Waqas Jafar Sahib has joined us from Lahore.
03:25Thank you for joining us.
03:27Khalifa Zahoor Ahmed Naqshbandi Sahib has joined us.
03:31Gadai Ganj Baksh says that this is our introduction and it should be our introduction.
03:37For the last 48 years, he has been a guest in the court of Huzoor Faiz-e-Alam.
03:42May Allah grant him health and peace.
03:44His son, Musin Zahoor Naqshbandi Sahib has also joined us.
03:50Welcome to both of you.
03:52Give the floor to Khalifa Zahoor Ahmed Naqshbandi Sahib.
04:22He is being called from Madinah.
04:32He is being called from Madinah.
04:43My heart is leaving before me.
04:55Here, no one's will works.
05:07He is being called from Madinah.
05:17He is being called from Madinah.
05:28He is being called from Madinah.
05:53He distributes charity to the orphans.
06:05The world is receiving charity from him.
06:19New eyes are widening.
06:43He is being called again.
06:52He is being called from Madinah.
07:01My heart is leaving before me.
07:13Thank you very much, Mr. Zahoor Ahmed Naqshbandi.
07:17May you be safe.
07:18Let's start the discussion.
07:20Fizko Fujoor Mufti Sahib is our topic.
07:23Please tell us about Shariah.
07:31In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful.
07:33Thank you very much.
07:34First of all, our religion guides us in all matters of life.
07:40It encourages us to be free from the morals of God.
07:46It teaches us to protect ourselves from the morals of evil.
07:51It has to do with morals.
07:54Our religion likes that a believer should be better in morals.
08:02There should not be any impurity in him.
08:07Because of which his heart is stained.
08:10Or he has to face humiliation in society.
08:13As far as Fizk and Fujoor are concerned.
08:17Fizk means to fail to follow the commandments of Allah.
08:26And to insist on sins.
08:34This is called Fizk.
08:36And Fujoor means that a person may intend to repent.
08:41But he may not be able to repent even after repenting.
08:45This is the difference between the two.
08:48For example, lying is part of Fizk.
08:53Deceiving is part of Fizk.
08:57But Fujoor is more severe.
09:00For example, alcohol and adultery are part of Fujoor.
09:05Allah has taught us to protect our faith from these things.
09:10It is mentioned in the Holy Quran that Allah likes faith.
09:16And He has connected your hearts with faith.
09:20But Allah does not like disbelief, disobedience and disobedience.
09:28And if we look at the people who are involved in such evil deeds.
09:32What is the warning for them?
09:34Allah has stated in the Holy Quran that
09:37Their abode is Hell.
09:40Where they will always live.
09:42Even if they try to get out of there, they will still be pushed there.
09:47This means that when a person commits such a sin,
09:51he should immediately repent in the presence of Allah.
09:55And Fizk and Fujoor are such sins that a person does not even have the opportunity to repent.
10:02So it is very important for a Muslim to take care of all these things.
10:06Mufti Muhammad Naveer Chishti sahib.
10:08As Mufti sahib defined Fizk and Fujoor.
10:12What are the effects of Fizk on the society?
10:17What are the effects of Fizk on the people who are involved in it?
10:20In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful.
10:23Respected Dr. Sarasah Naqshband sahib, thank you.
10:27For the first time, you have given this student of knowledge a chance to speak in this beautiful transmission.
10:35In the name of Allah.
10:37Respected Mufti sahib has given a fundamental speech.
10:41What are its disadvantages and effects?
10:44It is obvious that where there is filth, there will be filth.
10:49There will be filth, there will be filth.
10:54In the same way, where there is sin, where Allah's rights will be neglected.
11:03Its news will not be kept.
11:06The right of humanity, the glory, the honor, the greatness that has been kept will be neglected.
11:14So surely there, filth will spread, its effects will spread.
11:20And there it will spread far and wide.
11:23So dear friends, as you can see here, that if a lie is spoken, there will be the effects of the lie.
11:32How many lies will you have to tell to hide it?
11:36In the same way, if there is filth in the society, then due to filth, riots will spread.
11:42In the same way, if there is gossip, then there will be fighting, beatings.
11:47In the same way, there will be impunity.
11:50In its fundamental definitions, where there is no justice, there is justice.
11:57So it is obvious that where there is impunity, there will be filth, there will be peace.
12:05There will be peace.
12:07There will not be peace, there will be unrest.
12:10Absolutely right.
12:20Absolutely right, absolutely right.
12:22Dear viewers, there is a small Waqf and we will come back.
12:25Then we will talk about the people who are involved in filth and impurity,
12:30the people who are victims of it,
12:32what is the command of religion to maintain friendship and relationship with them?
12:36Stay with us, we will come back after a short Waqf.
12:40Waqf-e-Adhaan
13:01Dear viewers, welcome to Waqf-e-Adhaan.
13:04You are watching Islah-e-Moashra and today we are talking about filth and impurity.
13:08And in the initial part, we talked about its meaning and how it is mentioned in the Quran and Sunnah.
13:16And in the next part, we will talk about the people who are victims of filth and impurity.
13:21What is the command of religion to maintain friendship and relationship with them?
13:30Dr. Muhammad Waqas Jafar Sahib is with us.
13:33Yes, Dr. Sahib, please guide us.
13:35We praise Him and bless His Messenger. After this, in the name of Allah, the Gracious, the Merciful.
13:39Dr. Sahib, thank you very much for inviting us here.
13:43As my brothers and sisters have said,
13:46Allah has said in the Holy Quran,
13:55Allah has made it clear that you should help each other in good deeds,
14:01but do not help each other in the work of sin,
14:03in the work of adultery, in the work of adultery,
14:06in the work of filth and impurity.
14:09So, Allah has made it clear.
14:11Then Allah has also said that a believer is a believer's friend.
14:15So, a believer is a believer's friend.
14:18And Allah has made it clear that the biggest oppression is Shirk.
14:26So, Allah has forbidden the polytheists to be friends with them.
14:39So, this is the whole theme that Allah wants to tell us,
14:42that we should sit in the company of good people and beware of bad people.
14:46There is a saying of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him,
14:48that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said that
14:51the bad friend is a piece of hell.
14:54You have to beware of him.
14:56Similarly, Maula Ali, the poet of God, may Allah be pleased with him,
14:59said that if you sit in the company of a wicked person,
15:04then he will present your deeds in a beautiful way.
15:08And he wants you to become like him.
15:11And Mian Muhammad Bakhsh also said that
15:19So, a person should beware of his enemies.
15:22And as the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, has also made it clear,
15:25that the company you sit in, the friends you sit with,
15:28that is how you are identified.
15:30Your identity is identified by the people you sit with.
15:34So, all those people who, as the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said,
15:39who sit in groups, who sit in bad company,
15:43if people cooperate with them, then they will get a special kind of motivation.
15:48So, you should beware of them and you should also preach to them.
15:54They give people the command of goodness.
15:56This is the good thing about Muslims, that they keep giving people the command of goodness
15:59and they keep preventing people from doing bad things.
16:01Okay, Mufti sahib, this is a very important stage of our conversation.
16:06There are some bad things that a person does in private.
16:13But there are some bad things that happen in private,
16:16especially those that have a direct impact on society.
16:19Committing crimes openly or committing sins.
16:23So, what does the Shariah say about such crimes that have a direct impact on people?
16:33Yes, this is exactly what our beloved Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, has taught us.
16:40When you see a bad thing, if you have the strength, then try to stop it with your hands.
16:46The second stage of this is that if you can't do this, then you do it with your tongue.
16:52And the third stage is that if you can't even do this, then the third stage is that
16:59you at least know that bad thing in your heart.
17:04To know that bad thing in your heart is an obligation.
17:11It is necessary for our faith that if we know that bad thing in our heart,
17:17then it means that our faith is still there in our heart.
17:20Because faith never compromises with bad things.
17:25There are two more things here that are worth paying attention to.
17:28There are two forms of this.
17:31One is that Allah has given everyone the ability to stop.
17:38Whoever has a big position, he should try to stop it using his position and strength.
17:46For example, a person can do it individually, he should do it individually.
17:52If a person wants to stop a bad thing collectively, then he should try to do it collectively.
17:59Now, the kind of government where there is bribery, alcoholism, all these things come in groups.
18:08So, to save the people from them or to finish them is the responsibility of the state.
18:13So, they should take action here.
18:15Deen has guided us in both ways, collectively and individually.
18:21And we should also remember that the acceptance of our worship and our practices
18:27is also based on this one element.
18:30It is based on Amr Bil Maroof and not on Anil Mulkar.
18:33Until we fulfill this obligation, we will not be able to attain Allah's acceptance.
18:38Look at the life of Prophet Mohammad.
18:42People are threatening to kill him.
18:45They are doing all kinds of injustice.
18:48But the Beloved Prophet of Allah says,
18:50Whatever happens, I will not back down to convey the message of truth.
18:55So, we should also raise this message and act on it.
18:59Mufti sahib, today is the blessed month of Ramadan.
19:04Some people break their fast.
19:08They break their fast and eat in front of people.
19:15There are people who are against the Shariah.
19:20They do not fast and eat in front of people.
19:23So, what is the Shariah about them?
19:26The Shariah that has been mentioned in Hadith-e-Pak,
19:29Imam Tabrani has quoted it in Al-Mujam-ul-Aust, Hadith number 1783.
19:37The Prophet of Allah said,
19:41You should definitely give the command of goodness.
19:51You should definitely refrain from sin, evil and bad deeds.
19:56If you do not do this, then what will happen?
19:59Otherwise, Allah will impose on you your worst and most evil class.
20:08And then what will happen?
20:10It is mentioned in the last sentence of Hadith.
20:13Then your righteous people will also pray for you.
20:21Their prayers will not be accepted.
20:25They will pray for mercy, but mercy will not be accepted.
20:29That is why we have to try to stop them.
20:36Those who smoke, drink and eat openly,
20:43The first thing is that Allah's fear has gone from their hearts.
20:48If there was fear of Allah, the greatness of this holy month would have been in their hearts.
20:53Although these are all Kalima.
20:55But they think that we do not have any command of Islam.
21:01We do not have this obligation.
21:03This is the command of the state that it should issue a decree.
21:08The judge should determine the punishment for them.
21:15And he should do it.
21:17Let me tell you something here.
21:19I read a very beautiful thing.
21:21Sheikh Samarkandi alaihi rahma talks about a fire-worshipper in Tambeeh al-Ghafileen.
21:30That man was going to the Muslim market.
21:34His younger son was also with him.
21:37He took something out of his pocket and started eating.
21:41He slapped his son.
21:45And he was a fire-worshipper. He was not a Muslim.
21:48He said, aren't you ashamed that you are walking in the Muslim market and eating open mangoes?
21:55Some time passed.
21:57After a while, he passed away.
22:01After his death, someone saw him in a dream.
22:04And he is walking in the gardens of heaven.
22:07He is in a very beautiful life.
22:10He asked, you were a fire-worshipper.
22:13You did not even read the Kalima.
22:15How did you come to the gardens of heaven?
22:18He said, the way I worshipped my son in order to appreciate the month of Ramadan.
22:28Allah liked my behavior.
22:31He gave me the wealth of faith before I died.
22:34If a non-Muslim does this, he will get the wealth of faith.
22:39There is no one who is making fun of Allah's commandments.
22:44There is no one who has faith.
22:46Doctor, what is the responsibility of a common man in a society where there is impurity and immorality?
23:05As he said, it is the responsibility of the state to implement the commandments and make laws.
23:13What is the responsibility of a common man in this regard?
23:18The foundation of the religion that Allah has given us is based on Iqra.
23:25The responsibility of all of us is that we should have knowledge of the obligations.
23:32We should have knowledge of the commandments that Allah has given us.
23:39We should have knowledge of the obligations that Allah has given us.
23:43We should have knowledge of the things that Allah has forbidden us.
23:45We should have knowledge of the things that Allah has commanded us.
23:47This is the responsibility of all of us.
23:49As the Holy Prophet said, it is obligatory for every Muslim to acquire knowledge.
23:57What knowledge is obligatory?
23:59It is the knowledge of the fundamental things of the religion.
24:04There is no need to be a scholar for this.
24:06Every person should know the responsibility.
24:08Every person should know that these are good and bad things.
24:13The Quran says that when we have created the soul,
24:16we have kept it pure and righteous.
24:18We have kept it pure and righteous.
24:22Every person should know this.
24:24As the Holy Prophet said, the biggest Mufti has his own heart.
24:30He knows whether he is doing the right thing or wrong.
24:33As the Holy Prophet said, it is the responsibility of the state to stop its own people.
24:41It is the responsibility of the scholars and the preachers to stop their own people.
24:45It is the responsibility of the people to at least understand the bad and hate it.
24:52Today, the scholars say that the one who does bad things,
24:57the one who spreads vulgarity,
25:01they do not consider it a sin.
25:03As the Holy Prophet said,
25:06there is a hadith in Bukhari.
25:09The Holy Prophet said, Allah forgives every bad thing
25:14except the one who does bad things.
25:19I asked the Holy Prophet, what is that?
25:21He said, you commit a sin in the solitude of the night.
25:25And Allah covers your sin.
25:27And as soon as you wake up in the morning, you confess your sin.
25:31You testify in front of people.
25:33Therefore, Allah does not forgive your sin.
25:36Absolutely right.
25:37Ladies and gentlemen, this is a small Waqf.
25:39Stay with us.
25:40We will be back after a short break.
25:49Waqf-e-Nau
26:04Ladies and gentlemen, welcome back to Waqf-e-Nau.
26:06You are watching Islah-e-Muashara.
26:09Today, we are talking about the effects of Fizk-o-Fujoor on society.
26:14We are talking about the bad impact of Fizk-o-Fujoor on society.
26:19And how to treat people who are victims of Fizk-o-Fujoor.
26:27This was the topic of our program today.
26:31As a general speaker, please give your opinion on what we discussed today.
26:39In this regard, I would like to say that Allah has mentioned the excellence of the Ummah.
26:45This is its fundamental purpose.
26:49Allah commands people to do good and forbids them from doing bad.
26:52Because it is about people's reformation.
26:54It is about people's well-being.
26:56It is about showing people the way of guidance.
26:59In a Hadith, Allah said to the angel of the mountains,
27:05Do this, and make the people of this land prosperous.
27:08The angel replied,
27:10There are people here who worship you.
27:13Allah said, I do not need the worship of such people.
27:17Those who worship but do it for themselves,
27:21Tell me, what is the benefit of their worship?
27:25This is the fundamental theme, the myth,
27:28On which it is necessary for us as Muslims to act.
27:32Is our existence a cause of benefit for people or not?
27:35We pray, we pray, we fast, but we are not ready to reform anyone.
27:41We are afraid that the next person may get angry.
27:44This is also a part of the society.
27:46But we have been told that you do not have to be afraid of anyone.
27:49Allah's command is that if you convey it to others,
27:53The one who gives honor is Allah.
27:55By following this command, Allah will give you the crown of honor in both worlds.
28:00Subhanallah, Subhanallah.
28:02Yes, Mufti Muhammad Naveed Chishti Sahib,
28:04What do you say, sir, in light of what we have discussed today,
28:08Please summarize it and if you want to give a message on it, please do so.
28:13In light of a pure hadith, the message is very comprehensive.
28:17Sahih Bukhari and Sahih Muslim.
28:19In Sahih Muslim Sharif, this is Hadith No. 49 in Kitab-ul-Iman.
28:23In Sahih Bukhari Sharif, this is Hadith No. 3341.
28:28The Prophet Muhammad, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said,
28:39A person is tested by his family, his wealth, and his neighbors.
28:47Now, how to get out of this test?
28:50The solution has also been stated.
28:52He said,
29:00He said,
29:14And the best thing is that the one who chooses for himself, chooses for others.
29:21If you take care of this, God willing, it will be better.
29:24Absolutely right.
29:25Yes, Dr. Muhammad Waqas Jafar Sahib,
29:27In light of what we have discussed today,
29:30Please summarize it and if you want to give a message on it, please do so.
29:35Dr. Sahib, in the actual discussion that we had today,
29:39We have mentioned Fisko Fujoor.
29:42First of all, remember that in the Urdu language, Fisko Fujoor is famous.
29:46Similarly, in the Arabic language, there is Ism, Udwan, Isyan.
29:51These four or five words.
29:52And all of these mention sin.
29:55Right.
29:56So, for example, the word Fasiq.
29:59Yes, absolutely.
30:01So, all of these things come under the category of sin.
30:05So, like Allah the Almighty has used the word Fasiq 54 times in the Holy Quran,
30:13Similarly, the word Fajr has been used six times in the Holy Quran.
30:17It identifies that we have to beware of it.
30:20And like Allah the Almighty has said that not only we have to beware of it,
30:24But it is the duty of a Muslim,
30:26Allah the Almighty has said about the Muslim Ummah,
30:29You are the best Ummah.
30:31You are the best Ummah that has been made for the people.
30:35And what is the reason for your being the best?
30:39Allah the Almighty has said,
30:41You command good and forbid evil.
30:44This is your distinction.
30:46So, how can a Muslim commit a sin?
30:50Rather, it should be that he always commands people to do good,
30:54And forbids people to do evil.
30:56So, Allah the Almighty and His Messenger want this.
30:59That the Holy Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him,
31:01Created a community which we attribute to the name of the Companions.
31:04So, the Companions were that community,
31:07Who made this as a guide for themselves,
31:11That they should always command good,
31:13And forbid evil.
31:15Today, Fajr will end with this society.
31:19Doctor, its one fundamental reason is that,
31:22First of all, we should understand sin as sin.
31:25Today, in the society, sin is not considered as sin.
31:28This is a very big secular thing.
31:30And when we understand sin as sin,
31:32Then we will avoid it,
