00:00What is it like to score the winner in a Steel City derby?
00:03You know, I don't think it's sunk in yet, it's surreal to be honest.
00:09You know, obviously the injuries and stuff I've been through,
00:13and obviously coming from Liverpool and obviously not done what I came to do,
00:20let's score loads of goals, but I just hope that this makes the fans still believe in me
00:29and show that I'm still willing to push, I'm still willing to fight.
00:33And yeah, just to be fair, I don't think it's sunk in yet.
00:38And yeah, it feels amazing.
00:40It feels amazing, to be honest.
00:41Is it all the more sweeter because of the adversity that you've faced since coming here,
00:46that now you've got a moment that's going to put your name in history forever for Sheffield United?
00:50I hope it does.
00:52But yeah, I think so.
00:54Just to be honest, the atmosphere was crazy from, to be honest,
00:58both sets of fans, you know, when you come in here,
01:01it was loud from the moment we were warming up to the final whistle
01:05and, you know, obviously to kind of score and, you know, it goes silent.
01:09And then you just hear our amazing fans from the other end, it was amazing.
01:13What's going through your head when the ball comes to you?
01:15Because as a striker, they're the moments you want, don't you, in that kind of a situation?
01:19Oh, 100%.
01:20I looked at Ty and he looked up and I just thought, please play it, please play it.
01:24And I actually got cramp as I was about to put it in the back of the net,
01:28but that wasn't stopping me.
01:28And obviously I just had to make sure, you know, it went in and thankfully it did.
01:33And yeah, I think it was weird because it's like time stopped for a minute
01:37when it was coming across and I thought, oh my God, yes.
01:40And then, yeah, like I said, I put it in the back of the net and, you know, 1-0.
01:44Great scenes at the end and to have everybody together
01:47and for the manager to be holding up a George Baldock shirt as well.
01:50What was that moment like at full time?
01:52Yeah, it was amazing.
01:54I think you could see the emotion from us, obviously,
01:58because we came here to get a job done, you know, and we did that.
02:03And then just the passion from us because we really, really wanted to do it.
02:07And I just think you could see the pure emotion of all the players with the fans.
02:13And yeah, and of course, holding up the shirt for Georgie
02:19because I think he would have been proud of us today.
02:21He used to thrive in games like this and, you know, wear his heart on his sleeve.
02:26And yeah, like I said, I think he would have been really, really proud of us today.
02:30And 100% that was definitely for him as well.
02:33And finally, it's not just the fact that you've won a derby.
02:36You now move joints on points with Leeds, level on points with Leeds.
02:40And it's a big three points in the context of trying to win automatic promotion as well, isn't it?
02:44Yeah, of course.
02:45You know, ultimately, we come into the game wanting to win, like we do with every game.
02:49And obviously, this game was a bit more,
02:53you know, a lot more commotion about it because it was a derby.
02:57But like I said, we come here to get the job done, get three points.
03:01And yeah, of course, it's a big three points.
03:03But now we just need to rest, recover and look forward to Coventry.
03:08Rhian, appreciate your time and congratulations.
03:09Well done. Thank you.
