00:00A modern choice of town in Bacnotan, La Union, that has an elevator.

00:05Kathleen Ramones of BIA, La Union, was invited to the news of the country.

00:12The local government of Bacnotan, La Union, invited their family,

00:18who has two elevators, to prove the progress of the town towards a more modern facility for residents and businessmen.

00:27Because of the availability of elevators, it is now more accessible for persons with disabilities, senior citizens,

00:34pregnant women, and others to choose from.

00:36At the same time, the launch of the QRPH Plus program is an initiative that aims to make the payment system more modern and efficient for the family

00:47through digital transactions.

00:49To make it easier for people to choose, the government of Bacnotan, La Union, also introduced pushcarts

00:55that can be used by people who want to buy while shopping in the market.

00:59Our elevators are open for all Bacnotanians and everyone who wants to buy here in the public market.

01:08And for additional, we already have pushcarts so they can feel the vibes that they are just in a grocery store.

01:20For security, a new CCTV system was installed to ensure the safety of the public while shopping.

01:27In the design, the new choice of the town is an inspiration from the honeybee that reflects the arrogant industry of caring for the poor in Bacnotan.

01:37This design not only reflects the wealth of the local product, but also serves as a symbol of unity, cooperation, and continued development of the town.

01:49I am very happy because finally, here in Bacnotan, we were able to have a very beautiful phase 3 of the market.

02:00It is very modern.

02:02There is an elevator.

02:04The stalls are beautiful.

02:08The construction is beautiful.

02:10And I think it's a great moment for Bacnotenians.

02:16They should be proud of their town because they have a beautiful market where everyone will benefit.

02:24For the majority of the newly elected Bacnotan citizens, it is not only an infrastructure, but also a symbol of development and unity of the community.
