01:01I'm now actually outside the gym.
01:03I'm going to go and do an upper body session.
01:05Like I said in my little series that I'm doing on TikTok and Instagram.
01:08I'm really trying to gain muscle.
01:10So I'm trying to have a high protein diet and gain muscle.
01:12So I'm trying to do weight sessions.
01:14I mean, I really enjoy training cardio, if I'm being honest.
01:17Like I like doing 20 minutes at the beginning of my session.
01:19Just to like get my heart rate going.
01:21So I might go on the stepper to start off with.
01:23But then I'm going to obviously do like 10...
01:25I say intense weight session.
01:27I'm going to try and make it like an intense weight session.
01:29But I also just wanted to address something.
01:31Because I feel like I'm getting so much hate.
01:33I kind of feel like what's new.
01:35And this is why I actually get so scared to upload anything on TikTok or Instagram.
01:39Because I just feel like I get so much hate on there.
01:41On my little series that I'm doing.
01:43I just wanted to make it clear.
01:44I'm not showing you everything I eat in a day.
01:46Like obviously I didn't just eat a protein shake in a day.
01:48But I kind of thought that was obvious.
01:50Otherwise I would film what I eat in a day.
01:52The whole point of the series is just showing you the habits that I'm sticking to.
01:56Which is the 100 grams of protein.
01:58The taking my creatine and stuff like that.
02:00It wasn't to be like what I eat in a day.
02:02So I just wanted to make that clear.
02:04In case people think, oh my god I've got one earring in.

04:18had such a nice session it was actually so nice I think it's always fun training
04:22with Josh because he definitely does push me like I get very distracted when
04:25it comes to a weight session to be honest because I don't know I just do
04:29get a bit distracted but it's quite nice actually training with somebody but I've
04:32just arrived at my mom and dad's house so they're actually away for what three
04:38weeks in total which is crazy missing them so much but Jed and Imogen are
04:41looking after the dog and Hazel and Nicole and the kids are over and Jed's
04:44actually cooking a roast dinner which is really nice Josh isn't coming because
04:47he's actually got work tomorrow he's got a drive well no he's not driving
04:50actually he's getting the train to Wales and then he's working tomorrow so he's
04:54not coming he's just heading to the train station now so I just said goodbye
04:58to him but I honestly haven't stopped I don't even know why I'm letting these
05:01comments affect me so much but honestly I've been feeling so down about it it's
05:05put me in such a sad mood and normally I don't let comments and stuff affect me
05:09so much but I think I literally feel like I'm getting attacked because of it
05:13which I'm not even because I think some people have like in response replied
05:17saying I don't think you should take everything so literally and the thing is
05:21because I know what social media is like I don't take everything I see so
05:24literally but obviously understand that maybe some people will and some people
05:28might just think that is all I eat in a day which is not the case at all and I'm
05:32sorry if anyone did think that but yeah I honestly don't even know I should be
05:36talking about this because I don't know why I'm letting it affect me so much but
05:39it's just upset me because that's the last thing I would want people to think
05:43and it's the last thing I'd want to promote as well so yeah that's not the
05:47case at all and going forward I'm gonna make sure I try and include either all
05:50my meals or try and make it a disclaimer that's not everything I eat in a day
05:54hopefully that is clear now anyways anyways I'm going for a roast dinner now
05:57I'm very excited and I can't wait cuz I'm hungry I'm really hungry and I did
06:03actually have some eggs and I had well I just had eggs on toast at the gym but
06:07again I've got to blog it because we didn't actually have that much time we

08:05Imogen I had hair extension remover but then I left it at my hair extensions my
08:09hair extensions my hairdressers house so now we're here
08:15yeah I know it's actually really hard to remove them because I've only got oil
08:20but what what are friends for gonna be sat here for three hours removing hair

08:31joking yeah we've removed five three four five five how many do you have in
08:41your head but like I said like I think as soon as we do the back we can both

10:06I also just made myself some of this cereal
10:08but I'm annoyed because I've got no more milk
10:10and I really want to finish the rest of the box
10:12but if you haven't tried this cereal

10:16it's incredible
10:18it's high protein cereal
10:20no sugar and it honestly tastes so so good
10:22I've just realised
10:24I haven't taken creatine today
10:26and the problem is if you forget taking creatine
10:28it's actually a bit of a problem
10:30like you have to religiously take it
10:32every single day
10:34and the benefits I used to see
10:36when I took this
10:38were genuinely phenomenal
10:40and I'm not even using that word lightly
10:42and every single person I know that's gone in
10:44says the same thing so I don't want to forget to use it
10:46for everybody that's been asking on my TikTok vlogs
10:48this is the creatine that
10:50I've been using by the way
10:52but yeah just me and myself
10:54some squash
10:56going to take my bowl of cereal upstairs
10:58and I wrote a list of things
11:00that I just need to do in my house
11:02which I'm not going to do now because
11:04I can't be bothered but things like
11:06I haven't had a hoover in so long
11:08which is so bad but I mean
11:10I have been doing my floors but I've just been sweeping
11:12my floors. I'm going to run myself a bath
11:14and try and run off the list of things
11:16that I need to do and sort in my house
11:18so I'm going to do that
11:20whilst I have my cereal but I'm going to take this box
11:22up dry. It's not really the same
11:24like I really love
11:26like I know a lot of people eat cereal dry
11:28but I'm not a huge fan of cereal dry
11:30actually that cereal is insane, yeah I am

12:10knowing me I've absolutely lost the receipt

12:14buy another shark hoover because I actually
12:16loved mine. I can't believe it's broke
12:18I'm so sad about it but it's about time I get one
12:20but yeah, any advice? Does anyone

12:24Oh my goodness, I just love baths
12:26so much. I think I love
12:28baths because also the water
12:30pressure in my house is so bad
12:32like it's so so bad that
12:34I tend to have baths a lot
12:36but the one thing with baths
12:38is I get far too hot and
12:40then far too cold and I don't think I
12:42will ever find a temperature. Like I don't think
12:44I will ever just go in a bath and just be happy with the
12:46temperature. Does anyone else do the same thing?
12:48Like I constantly, I'm mad in hot water
12:50then I'm mad in cold water then I'm mad in hot
12:52water. This might not excite a lot of you
12:54but this excites me.

13:04I only got them from Asda. No, they're
13:06so good. Guys, you're missing out if you don't
13:08get these. Honestly, my bathroom

13:12and when you get them, you're going to be like
13:14oh my god I know what saffron means now. Like my entire
13:16bathroom smells insane.
13:18This is such a nice bath.
13:20Although I am going to get out in a second because
13:22Love Island is just about to start and of course I
13:24want to watch Harriet so I'm going to
13:26watch Love Island for Harriet. I'm very
13:28very excited to watch her.
13:30She's honestly doing so well and I'm so
13:32proud and I'm so glad that
13:34everybody this season is just seeing her
13:36for who she truly is. She is such a kind
13:38girl and also not a lot of people know
13:40this but she's really really gone through
13:42a lot in life and I'm just so happy
13:44to see her happy. It's so so so
13:46nice to see and I've said this
13:48before but with TV shows and with anything
13:50like with social media, you
13:52have to take everything with a pinch of salt because
13:54it is edited and you only see
13:56tiny snippets of people's day
13:58and you don't really get to see what everybody
14:00is like even if you feel like you do.
14:02Usually when people come off
14:04the show, the ones that you always think are going to be the nicest
14:06I mean sometimes they are but sometimes
14:08they're really not and you're like how? Because she
14:10was so nice on the show. Or vice versa
14:12like some people who aren't very nice are
14:14actually really lovely in person.
14:16Thankfully Harriet's been shown for the person
14:18that she is which is just such a kind girl.
14:20So yeah, I'm really really really excited to watch
14:22her. I'm going to get out of the bath now. I'm
14:24so hot. I was going to wash my hair
14:26but I think I'm going to go
14:28work out tomorrow morning.
14:30Even if I don't work out, I might go
14:32like do a swim and do the sauna.
14:34So I thought there's no point in washing my hair. I'm actually trying to wash
14:36my hair way less because I'm really just trying
14:38to do as little as I can to my hair.
14:40I just want my hair to grow. Although there's nothing wrong
14:42with washing it with really good shampoo and conditioner
14:44of course. But because I do work
14:46out a lot and sweat a lot, I do wash my
14:48hair a lot. So I'm just trying to not do it
14:50all the time. I mean
14:52there was a point definitely where I was
14:54washing my hair every single day which
14:56I don't think is that good for your hair.
14:58Although I feel like I hear new things, what's good
15:00and what's bad for your hair every single day. But
15:02from what I've been told, it's not great to wash
15:04your hair every single day because you want natural
15:06oils. So I mean, correct me
15:08if I'm wrong but yeah, I'm trying to not wash
15:10my hair too, too much. Oh my goodness
15:12is my bathroom on to be any louder?
15:14Guys, I'm so silly. When I
15:16was away I really burnt myself and I really
15:18didn't mean to. I fell asleep on the sunbed
15:20which is not good. I have really
15:22burnt myself on holiday and I'm peeling
15:24everywhere. And I don't understand why my peeling
15:26hasn't stopped yet because I've been back
15:28for I don't even know, maybe like five days now.
15:30Also, from my gym workout
15:32my arms are aching. I don't know if I will
15:34go to the gym tomorrow morning. If I do
15:36I definitely will be training legs
15:38because my arms are aching. Or maybe
15:40I'll just have a day off. I don't really know.
15:42I'll see it in the morning but
15:44my arms are aching even holding this camera but oh my god

15:50snapped my nail which is not fun.

16:08That fast food place, Carl's Jr.
16:10Oh my god the ad for that. I mean
16:12how insane is that? No that would
16:14actually be a dream. Like how
16:16freaking cool. I honestly feel like a
16:18proud friend and I don't even know her but I just think
16:20that is the coolest thing ever and she
16:22looks so freaking good.
16:24I mean honestly she's absolutely killing life at the
16:26moment. Like I've just been watching the behind
16:28the scenes and I actually just can't even get over
16:30it. Like what a superstar.
16:32How insane does she look? What a slay.
16:34I actually love that for her. Love that
16:36for her so much. One thing I really told
16:38myself I was gonna start doing guys is reading
16:40and I bought this book. It's called
16:42The Housemaid and
16:44it actually sounds really really good
16:46and so many great actors are in it.
16:48I mean Sydney Sweeney's
16:50in it, Amanda. Oh my god what's
16:52her name? It's gonna annoy me. She's
16:54in Dear John. Oh my goodness what's her name?
16:56Amanda something. That's gonna
16:58annoy me. Anyways
17:00really really really great actors are in this
17:02movie and so I really wanted
17:04to read the book before it came out and when I was on holiday
17:06three other people were sat around the
17:08pool reading it. One of them being one of my friends
17:10and she said the book is so
17:12so good and so gripping.
17:14So I'm really hoping I can read this book
17:16because when I tell you
17:18I'm not kidding. It took me, you see
17:20this tiny little book and I don't even think you can see
17:22how tiny it is. Like look at the size of this book.
17:24But it's actually a play right? So it's
17:26not like as gripping. It took me over
17:28two months to read this play
17:30and it's actually tiny.
17:32I just, I don't
17:34know how to get into reading.
17:36One of the things is I am dyslexic
17:38so it does take me a little bit longer to
17:40read things and I have to re-read things
17:42but I think, to be honest, I think what the
17:44problem is is I genuinely can't switch
17:46off. I don't think I will
17:48ever ever be able to
17:50meditate. I would like to think I have a great
17:52mindset that I don't tell myself I can't
17:54do things but meditating
17:56and switching off and seeing that
17:58present, I genuinely don't think
18:00I will ever be able to do it. Like
18:02it is so far from me.
18:04I think the only time I can stay present is
18:06when I'm like out and about with my friends and
18:08my family or if they're telling me
18:10something about them then obviously I'm
18:12completely present and invested
18:14in what they're telling me. And you know if I'm out
18:16and about with friends and family or Josh or whatever
18:18but whenever I'm by myself there is
18:20no way I can just sit there
18:22without overthinking. Like I'm always
18:24thinking about what I'm gonna do
18:26tomorrow or what I'm gonna do next week
18:28or what I've gotta do, what I've gotta do
18:30now. Then I get up and I start doing
18:32something else and oh it's kind of annoying
18:34like I really do wish that I
18:36could have moments where I switch
18:38off. I think that's why I really enjoy the sauna
18:40because I genuinely can't get
18:42up and do anything else. I mean don't get me wrong
18:44I am just sat there in my thoughts
18:46and sat there thinking about what I'm
18:48gonna do later and what I've got to do tomorrow
18:50at least it is a moment where no
18:52one like talks to me and I just sit there
18:54and I can't. It's a moment where I'm by myself
18:56I actually can't get up and start doing
18:58other things and I think that's actually why I enjoy
19:00the sauna so much. Maybe what I'll do is I'll
19:02read it in the adverts but I don't know
19:04if I'll get just too distracted watching it
19:06reading it in the adverts. But anyways I'm trying to read
19:08ten pages a day. Even if I read ten pages
19:10I feel like I'm gonna be proud of myself
19:12and to be fair all the books I've tried
19:14reading are like autobiographies
19:16or plays so
19:18my mum keeps telling me if I read a book
19:20that's like really gripping then maybe I'll read it
19:22That is actually a lie. I've actually just
19:24thought I have read one book and that was
19:26The Hunger Games and I actually did
19:28finish that book and I loved
19:30every moment of it but I still found
19:32it quite hard to read the entire
19:34thing even though I did genuinely
19:36love it. Like I was itching
19:38to read more but then when I was actually
19:40reading I still found it quite
19:42challenging. I don't know why
19:44it's just my brain it just can't seem to
19:46just completely switch off but maybe that's
19:48something that comes with time
19:50I don't know to anyone else that loves
19:52reading was there ever a moment where you
19:54didn't love reading? Because all of my
19:56friends who love reading always
19:58loved it like the second they started reading
20:00books they loved it from the get go
20:02I've never really met anybody that like really
20:04didn't enjoy reading and now loves reading
20:06I need to find those people
20:08because I feel like it's gonna make me feel better
20:10and it's gonna make myself believe in myself
20:12that I'm able
20:14to enjoy and love reading
20:16and hopefully that's gonna happen in the future
20:18anyways enough book talk
20:20I will let you know if I get through this book
