Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) telah menetapkan 5 orang tersangka dalam kasus korupsi, pengadaan iklan Bank BJB. Di mana KPK mengungkapkan 2 orang tersangka berasal dari internal Bank BJB yakni Yuddy Renaldi selaku Direktur Utama dan Widi Hartoto selaku Pemimpin Divisi Corporate Secretary Bank BJB, sementara itu 3 tersangka lainnya berasal dari pihak swasta yang merupakan pemilik agensi iklan.
