00:00Manchester United have made it to the quarter-finals of the Europa League to keep their season alive, to keep their Champions League qualification dreams alive.
00:09A hat-trick from the irresistible, irrepressible, inspirational Bruno Fernandes to ensure Manchester United cater behind on the informal on here against Sotibad.
00:20It's a kill of 5-2 victory on Agrabah, which was a dreadful start for United when Mikheil Ryazmabal gave the visitors of the league an early penalty after a foul in the box from Matthijs De Ligt.
00:33United responded well, though within five minutes they were level. Bruno Fernandes scored from the spot himself and that turned the game on its head.
00:39United were inspired, they were on top and they really probably should have had a second for the half-time break.
00:47It was only a matter of minutes before they got another penalty. Bruno Fernandes once again sent the goalkeeper the wrong way.
00:56That made it 2-1 and United would get a third. Bruno Fernandes completed his hat-trick with a stupendous finish on the counter-attack into the bottom corner to make sure it was 3-1.
01:07That was job done. Real Sotibad had also been reduced to ten men. Patrick Dorgue drew a foul on the break, but acquired a straight red card.
01:16And then in the dying moments, Djogo Dalot added a fourth, a cherry and took the icing on top of the cake.
01:22United into the quarter-finals of the Europa League and like I said, those Champions League dreams are now alive.
01:28Bruno Fernandes, man of the match, player of the match, player of the season, he will get all the plaudits.
01:33Shade in heaven, giving his first start for Manchester United, also impressed in the back.
01:38A very calm and composed performance from a teenage centre-back. He didn't shy away from having the ball, he always wanted to get onto it.
01:45He had a few sloppy passes, but those will happen, you know. He's 18 years old and he looks like a real star in the making.
01:51You've also got to give a lot of shout-out to Casemiro, a player who's been written off this season and looked like he was ready for retirement.
01:58Well, he was fantastic again, with his calmness and composure, shades of a player that United signed in his debut season.
02:05And yeah, he could be a player who has a lot to say in this Europa League campaign.
02:09Maybe that could be his perfect swan song for Manchester United, because Casemiro, he suits the style of game.
02:15There's, you know, a bit less physical, a bit slower pace and given his age, given the way that his body is slowly deteriorating,
02:22it enabled him to shine, it enabled him to do just what he does best without getting bullied off the ball too much.
02:27Haaland also had some signs of improvement and will once again be defined by another match in which he didn't find the back of the net though.
02:34And you've got to give credit as well to Joshua Zerzi. He was creative, fantastic in the final third.
02:40And yeah, United can have so many positives from this game.
02:43It looked like it could have been a long, horrible night after only 10 minutes, but United deserve huge credit for responding.
02:49Their campaign in Europe will carry on until April. They're into the quarter-finals.
02:53They have the dream of winning the Europa League, of winning a trophy this season under Ruben Amarin.
02:57And with that as well, potential qualification for the Champions League.
03:01There's a lot of hard work to be done yet, but all that matters for Manchester United is they did get the job done on Thursday night.
03:07Full time from Old Trafford, Manchester United 4, Real Sociedad.
