Bertolf Lentink (www.bertolf.nl) sings the John Lennon song, "Grow Old With Me" with his former band called The Junes (www.thejunes.nl). The Junes cover of this song won the Amnesty International "Make Some Noise" contest in the Netherlands and Yoko thought it nice. Bertolf is a singer/songwriter from Zwolle by way of Dronten. Before going solo, he was in the band of Ilse DeLange. He just released a fine solo debut album called FOR LIFE.
The Junes were a band consisting of Bertolf (vocals, guitar); Albert Verbeek (guitar, vocals); Chris Verbeek (keyboards); Rutger Renden (bass); Rutger Hoorn (drums). This disbanded in October 2007.
