02:44borders of their kingdoms, emirates.

02:53Northern Africa, they undertake quite a number of programs, humanitarian, economic programs.

03:05They mediate a lot.

03:08Sudan, for example, and the domestic crisis in Sudan is being handled one way or another

03:18by some players in the Gulf.

03:21So to say that everybody has this right to project influence except Iran, I don't think it's realistic.
