Yeah, you might catch someone on a bad time, but you can snap them out of it real quick. That's why I compliment, do the positive escalation and compliment people, or I'll do a company name spike. So I'll say the name of the company better than the person that answers the phone to snap you out of it. If I have any anonymity, I'm going to use you, and then I'll introduce myself. It's not a game. You can still live with yourself. You're not compromising ethics, values, and morals. If somebody doesn't want to make phone calls for a company, maybe, A, you don't have a good product, you're not prepared, giving them the resources, or it's just shady. And I'm not going to be a fall guy making gray area phone calls for you and your company. just don't want to do that.
