00:00I think that apprenticeships add more value than what businesses often believe it does,

00:05so I have seen throughout my career apprenticeships build entire departments and service offerings

00:11from from the ground up. I've seen them filling in skills gaps, addressing equality and diversity

00:18initiatives such as women into tech and women into leadership. I've seen people use apprenticeships

00:26and I've used apprenticeships to recruit grassroots talent that can that can grow with

00:31the business and I've also used apprenticeships to enhance talent within the business that already

00:38exists and I myself have done an apprenticeship and put my money where my mouth is and do my

00:44CIPD qualification using the apprenticeship levy and I just think it it saves businesses so much

00:49money and it adds so much value that it's a no-brainer really to utilise the service.
