PDP bet Pamela Baricuatro speaks  Addressing speculation that they are running as a tandem, Partido Demokratiko Pilipino’s gubernatorial candidate for Cebu, Pamela Baricuatro, and independent vice gubernatorial candidate Lito Ruiz spoke in an interview during the “Pasasalamat kay PRRD with OFWs” live streaming event on Sunday, March 9, 2025, in Barangay Isidro, Talisay City. The event was organized by supporters of Pastor Apollo Quiboloy.  Baricuatro is challenging incumbent Governor Gwendolyn Garcia in the May elections. 00:39But what can you tell us, considering that Pam is not a vice gubernatorial candidate, and you are not a gubernatorial candidate, is it possible that you two are in tandem now?

00:53Yeah, I think from the start, supposedly, we are in tandem.

00:58The documents, it's not easy.

01:01Last minute, everybody realized, last minute.

01:04So, it's not in the PDP.

01:08But if you look at it, if you call, it's not in the same line.

01:14It can be in a different side.

01:17So, that's what I said.

01:19Maybe this is meant to be.

01:20We have the same goal, we have the same, we are loyal to the same group, Duterte. So, why not?

01:35So, as a result of Governor Pam, we are in tandem.

01:41So, from the start, it's not possible that Pam is not a gubernatorial candidate.

01:46I am in the PDP.

01:48Even if she is not in the PDP, I will not let her pass.

01:53So, it's not possible for us to be in the PDP.

01:56So, independent?

01:58Yeah, it's destiny.
