00:11We're doing that to set up exile for everyone that hasn't handed over their permits.
00:16I filled up a few shulker boxes of everything we need.
00:20Now these blocks have been specifically chosen because they are the same blocks that we used
00:26to build the permit office.
00:28Now let's go and meet up with everyone so we can understand what is going on.

10:21warning let's turn our attention back to this building now that we've done the
10:27permit office branch exile branch I really want to make a bit more
10:33progress on this build here because we got lots and lots to do I'm in the
10:38bowels of the green building and I'm trying to figure out how we can make
10:42best use of the space so what I've done is I've started by making the beginnings
10:47of the cactus farm and the goal here is to sort of siphon all of the cactus and
10:53bring it back up so I have two options obviously the cactus farm is the cactus
10:56farm and that's that and we can actually probably go down here and start placing
11:00some cactus because I've I've actually only got 11 so we're gonna have to you
11:04know build this up a bit more organically so if I remember correctly I
11:08haven't built a cactus farm in a really long time it feels like I think it's
11:12just that and then as they grow they hit the fence then fall and go all the way
11:18up okay so it looks like we're more than safe going backwards into the mountain
11:22so there's a fair amount of digging to do really quickly and then there's a bit
11:26of cactus building to do so I think while I dig in this can start producing
11:32cactus for me and I think between the two of them they can start working then
11:36I just have to connect them up into a smelter system I can't believe I've not
11:43done this before and I know I know and I maybe I should show you really quickly I
11:48know that skis and impulse made the most enormous over-the-top version of this
11:56going if we just whoosh look at this check this out how much cactus does one
12:05person need it's such an enormous farm there's no way they need that much
12:12surely and then this is the kelp farm it doesn't matter that they've made a big
12:18version because bop and go is still always being used so I just need my
12:23grain and gain so I just need my mini version of this and I tell you what I
12:28actually do need is a lot of green I believe it or not I actually need green
12:31dye this is gonna work out perfectly right let's give this a go
12:53I feel so accomplished here this actually when you when you kind of look
13:17at the whole thing looks like a real genuine redstone industrial district
13:24you've got several farms here not just the two not just the one we've got a lot
13:29going on here all in one compact space I mean it's not pretty let's be honest
13:36it's not pretty but it is actually working so here is the magic bop and go
13:43or the the budget bop and go and let's just take a look and see how how it's
13:48doing so you can see it's got the dried kelp blocks and the cactus so let's take
13:52a look well well well wasn't as much as perhaps it could be but that was that
13:59wasn't bad it hasn't been running particularly long now if we go over here
14:03I've I mean I've really kind of done myself proud to a certain extent because
14:09I've done some genuine horrible redstone the all the kelp falls in here
14:15and it's actually at such a steady rate that this figure doesn't really change
14:19which is what we want it means it won't run out and it's not gonna overflow it
14:23seems to be in the perfect sweet spot it then goes through the furnace and goes
14:30through here where it activates boop boop boop and I think I this is honestly my
14:36first time using a crafter which is dangerous I didn't really know how they
14:41work so you can see it activates and then when this is full it finally
14:44activates and heads on through here and this is where it went kind of wrong
14:50we'll come back to that later it then funnels all the way through here into
14:54the dropper system so as soon as this goes it then powers this is not a unique
14:58design at all I just remembered this one when an item goes in here the observer
15:04goes over and it dispenses and up it goes oh look at that I just I've done it
15:09but I haven't also I have what I also haven't done it because I can't
15:13understand because I'm a stupid why this hopper this hopper here this is the most
15:20important one you put you put anything in here and it goes straight into the
15:26water stream look this hopper is funneling into this furnace but it seems
15:32to prioritize falling into this hopper first I don't know why why wouldn't it
15:39go in there first it's pointed in there but no I guess gravity it just falls
15:43straight through and I've wasted many an hour trying to figure that out why why
15:49why I need I need an adult I need a redstone adult couple no cub knows a lot
15:54about this game first you're gonna have to explain what's happening here so I
15:59know what you're doing you're taking a signal out of the furnace yeah and it's
16:06gonna go into the the lectern this will now be locked the bottom hopper will now
16:12be locked this one's hell the furnace becomes full genius now that I see it in
16:18front of me like it makes so much sense but I just couldn't think what this and
16:24I feel so stupid for not being able to work out how to do this but it makes now
16:30you've put it in front of me it makes sense you've got don't feel don't feel
16:33dumb because you sort of have to know the end point to figure out where to go
16:38yeah if that makes sense see yeah so I actually I understand how this works
16:42we're counting how many yeah and now that you now that you've seen it in the
16:46future you can sort of understand the principle behind it and you know make it
16:50compact and make it look nice and all that the lectern kind of stands as its
16:55own little thing right and it's sending a signal constantly of 8 because it's
16:59turned the page right right so then we're comparing the output from the
17:04furnace to the to the to the lectern and then it switches that which then unlocks
17:09it I get it I understand it I just probably wouldn't have got there on my
17:12own you got it thanks for the kelp help cub so thanks to cub we now have a fully
17:19functional whatever this is counter thing it actually does work and it's
17:26sending kelp there I feel so stupid like I know this mechanic how it roughly
17:31works but I just I would never have got to this stage but thank you cub for all
17:34of that we have now got a fully functional and rather wonderful bop and
17:41go and I can I can probably manage to do my own bop and go song right like it
17:47can't be that hard I could just do it with all vocals
18:05I will I'm just gonna I've layered I just laid all those things over each
18:10other hopefully that made a song so the other thing that I have done is I have
18:14been steadily adding walls to the rest of this building and it's kind of dawned
18:19on me that I need to think things through a little bit more because this
18:23bit got a little complicated as the farm juts out a bit more and I clearly haven't
18:31thought it through all the way and this is a bit of farm that also juts out in
18:36an awkward position so basically what I'm saying is although I've gone ahead
18:40and I've started filling in these walls and it's starting to look complete this
18:44is going to need a bit of a rework I spent all my time today doing the farms
18:49on the inside and I'm pretty happy with where we're at I will need to come back
18:54to the outside stuff and the reason we're gonna have to come back is because
19:00we need to exile someone right let's head over to the permit office I'm
