00:16But instead he's announced a press conference?

00:19With just 21 days to go for the transfer window to open

00:22Could he actually end up leaving our club?

00:24But wait guys, it's worse!

00:25Arlo Rose is announcing his retirement!

00:31With a heavy heart today I'm announcing that I'm retiring from football

00:34The medical team recently let me know that my hamstring has taken too much damage

00:38And if I get back into playing football again, I might never walk

00:42I know I'm retiring at an early age of 27 but I have no choice

00:45I'm glad that I was able to lift the Premier League with S2GFC

00:49But now my time has come to an end

00:51I genuinely can't believe this guys, this is shocking!

00:54When Arlo picked up that hamstring injury I thought it was nothing

00:57But now he's actually gonna be gone!

00:59Our main striker for the last 7 years

01:02And we're no longer gonna have him to defend our club

01:04Now as the manager and club owner I was really shocked by this news

01:08Arlo is like a son to me

01:09And the fact that he's gonna no longer play for us, it's brutal

01:13But there was one more player in the squad who was absolutely devastated by this news

01:17And that's Arlo's little bro Max

01:20He's always been in the shadow of Arlo

01:22They never really got along too well

01:24But even though they had all the beef

01:25This was never what Max wanted

01:27He wanted to be on the same pitch as Arlo and prove to him that he's the better player

01:31But now he won't get the chance

01:33But you know the strange thing about football?

01:35It moves on regardless

01:36Today we're gonna feel sad about Arlo

01:38But tomorrow we've gotta get back on the pitch
