00:00OK, this order, it's a wonderful order, it's a beautiful order.
00:04This order is pulling American booze off the Liquor Mart shelves.
00:19It's one thing for Trump to watch the consequences of his own actions play out right in front
00:22of his face.
00:23It is entirely another thing to also get publicly mocked just for good measure.
00:29This is the premier of Manitoba, a top Canadian official, signing an order taking American
00:33alcohol off the shelves in the province's liquor stores.
00:36And it's not just Manitoba.
00:38Everywhere from Ontario to Quebec to Alberta are also joining in on going after American
00:43booze to hurt the U.S. economy and send a message to Trump.
00:46Here's the premier of Ontario, Doug Ford.
00:48And as the exclusive wholesaler, American brands will no longer be available in LCBO
00:55catalogue, meaning other retailers, bars and restaurants in the province will no longer
01:01be able to restock U.S. products.
01:05This is an enormous hit to the American producers.
01:09Every year, the LCBO sells nearly $1 billion worth of U.S. wine, beer, cider, seltzers
01:17and spirits, including more than 3,600 products from 35 states.
01:24As of today, every single one of these products is off the shelves.
01:29U.S.-based businesses will now lose out on tens of billions of dollars in revenues.
01:35They only have President Trump to blame.
01:38I'm also urging all 444 municipalities to do the same.
01:44And I'm thrilled to see some are already stepping up.
01:48For example, Mayor Patrick Brown in the city of Brampton and many other cities.
01:53As part of this government-wide procurement ban, we're going one step further.
01:58We're ripping up Ontario's contract with Starlink.
02:03It's done.
02:04It's gone.
02:05We won't award contracts to people who enable and encourage economic attacks on our province
02:12and our country.
02:13And in case you think it's just bluster, this is the kind of thing that Canadian stores
02:17are seeing across the country in recent days.
02:24Meanwhile, the Canadian province British Columbia says that their restrictions on U.S. alcohol
02:31sales will specifically target red states, which will help ensure that the largest economic
02:36toll is inflicted on the voters who made Donald Trump president in the first place.
02:40For our first of many steps effective today, I have directed B.C. liquor sales to immediately
02:47stop buying American liquor from red states.
02:51Liquor store employees will be removing the most popular of these brands from government
02:54store shelves.
02:55You've heard the phrase fuck around, find out.
02:58This part right here, this is the find out part.
03:00And so amid all of this chaos and disruption to Americans' economic well-being, Trump
03:05has recently announced that he is pausing his tariffs on both Canada and Mexico until
03:09April.
03:10And of course, this closely mirrors the exact same strategy he used against the countries
03:14just a month ago, except this time he didn't even bother to pretend that he extracted some
03:19sort of concession from Canada and Mexico.
03:22Remember when he pretended that getting Canada to announce some fentanyl czar was a huge
03:26win?
03:27This time he just straight up delayed them after the stock market tanked to its worst
03:31day of the year.
03:32If you are looking for the closest thing to an acknowledgment from Trump that his own
03:35policies do not work, you just got it.
03:38Here's how he responded when he was asked how he feels about hurting Americans' retirement
03:42savings through his reckless and unnecessary policies.
03:46President Trump, what's your thought about why the markets are so spooked?
03:49Do you think they don't like the tariffs or do they not like the uncertainty with some
03:53of the changes and the carve-outs?
03:55Well, a lot of them are globalist countries and companies that won't be doing as well
04:01because we're taking back things that have been taken from us many years ago.
04:07We've been treated very unfairly as a country.
04:11We protect everybody.
04:12We do everything for all these countries.
04:16And a lot of these are globalist in nature, you know, if you're outside of the United
04:19States, it's going to be a little bit different.
04:24We just weren't treated right.
04:25We were ripped off as a country.
04:27I've been saying it for a long time.
04:30And I did it to a certain extent in the first administration.
04:33But with COVID coming in, we had to focus on that toward the end.
04:37But we had the greatest economy in history in the first administration.
04:40And I think we'll do even better now.
04:43But this is something that we have to do.
04:45There'll always be a little short-term interruption.
04:48I don't think it's going to be big.
04:49But the countries and companies that have been ripping us aren't particularly happy
04:57with what I'm doing.
04:58Ah, right.
04:59It's not his awful policies fault.
05:01No, of course not.
05:02It's the fault of the companies that are being forced to deal with the rampant uncertainty
05:06that's caused by his tariffs.
05:09Got it.
05:10Here's the reality.
05:11He's actively causing your 401k to plummet, your neighbors to lose their jobs, your prices
05:15to rise, and our global reputation to be lit on fire, which endangers our national security.
05:20Mind you, he's managed to do all of this in less than two months.
05:23And even he's aware enough to understand that his actions are being noticed by people who
05:27wouldn't otherwise pay attention.
05:29Hell, even his own voters are apparently getting pissed at his policies.
05:33We're now seeing instance after instance of Republican congressmen bragging that they
05:37got carve-outs to protect their own district from the devastation that's caused by Trump's
05:40policies.
05:41Here's Republican Senator James Lankford of Oklahoma.
05:44I have been tracking reports of potential layoffs at McAllister Army Ammunition Plant.
05:48If we were to have a loss of civilian workforce there, we would face serious issues.
05:52I've been in contact with the White House and DOD to emphasize the important national
05:55security mission carried out every day at McAllister.
05:58I will continue to monitor reports and advocate for McAllister.
06:01Tell you what, perhaps James Lankford might want to let his U.S. Senator know to stop
06:05kowtowing to the guy who is responsible for all of this.
06:09And then there's Republican Representative Tom Cole.
06:11After working closely with DOJ and the administration, I am thrilled to announce that common sense
06:14has prevailed as the National Weather Center in Norman, the Social Security Administration
06:18office in Lawton, and the Indian Health Services office in Oklahoma City will remain operational
06:23in Oklahoma.
06:24All three of these places provide vital and valuable services to Oklahoma, and I am so
06:28proud to have advocated for them.
06:30As the representative for Oklahoma's 4th district, I will always fight for Oklahoma and my constituents.
06:35Now, Tom Cole is the chairman of the House Appropriations Committee, so while he has
06:39the privilege to be able to brag about securing commitments like this, the rest of the country,
06:44especially Democratic areas of this country, will be just shit out of luck because Trump
06:48doesn't like that they didn't vote for them.
06:50Honestly, though, this shouldn't be a surprise to anybody who was paying attention during
06:54this last election.
06:55Here's Elon Musk, late last year, acknowledging that Donald Trump's agenda will bring hardship
07:00to the middle class and calling it necessary.
07:02We have to reduce spending to live within our means.
07:07And that necessarily involves some temporary hardship, but it will ensure long-term prosperity.
07:15In other words, the guy who flies around the world in his private jet, who collects billions
07:19of dollars in taxpayer-funded subsidies for his companies, who slashes Americans' health
07:23care and earned benefits, and who dismantles the very agencies that are intended to hold
07:27him accountable, thinks that you struggling is just a necessary sacrifice.
07:33This is my shocked face.
07:35And if you think that it's just Musk, think again.
07:37Here is another one of Trump's billionaire buddies, Jamie Dimon, openly admitting that
07:41Trump's tariffs will drive up prices for working-class Americans and that they should just get over
07:46it.
07:47Look, I look at tariffs.
07:48They are an economic tool.
07:50That's it.
07:51They're an economic weapon.
07:52You know, depending on how you use it and why you use it and stuff like that.
07:55And, you know, people argue, is it inflationary and non-inflationary?
07:58I would put in perspective, if it's a little inflationary, but it's good for national security,
08:03so be it.
08:04If you're a working or middle-class American supporting this administration, I say this
08:08with respect, because unlike this White House, I'm not going to lie to you.
08:11You are being robbed.
08:13This is one of the biggest scams in American history.
08:15They do not care about you.
08:17They're not protecting your job.
08:18They're firing thousands of workers and gutting labor protections.
08:21They aren't protecting your retirement.
08:23They're tanking your 401k and going after Social Security.
08:26They aren't lowering prices.
08:27They are actively raising them, despite promising to lower them on day one.
08:31Look, I don't care what party you support.
08:34This administration is making it painfully clear that the real fight isn't left versus
08:38right.
08:39It is between the ultra-rich hoarding wealth and the working class being handed scraps,
08:43all while distracting you with fights over all of ten trans athletes in the NCAA.
08:48If ever there was a time to recognize the reality of what's happening, it is right this
08:52very second.
