नवासारी, गुजरात: प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी ने अंतर्राष्ट्रीय महिला दिवस के अवसर पर गुजरात के नवासारी में महिलाओं को संबोधित किया। देश की नारी शक्ति को महिला दिवस की शुभकामानाएं देते हुए प्रधानमंत्री ने कहा कि आज का दिन महिलाओं को समर्पित है। नारी का सम्मान ही समाज और देश के विकास की पहली सीढ़ी है, इसलिए विकसित राष्ट्र के लिए भारत आज वुमेन लेड डेवलपमेंट की राह पर चल पड़ा है। प्रधानमंत्री ने खुद को दुनिया का सबसे धनवान व्यक्ति बताते हुए कहा कि उनकी जिंदगी के अकाउंट में करोड़ों माताओं, बहनों का आशीर्वाद है। प्रधानमंत्री मोदी ने बताया कि सरकार द्वारा शुरू की गईं लखपति दीदी, नमो ड्रोन दीदी, बैंक सखी, बीमा सखी, पशु सखी और कृषि सखी जैसी योजनाएं ग्रामीण क्षेत्र की महिलाओं को आर्थिक रूप से आत्मनिर्भर बना रही हैं।
