It’s almost Global Unplugging Day, and in honor of it Mustard, Lucky Daye, Lil Mosey and more shared how they take a break from their screens to reconnect.

Starting at sundown and lasting for the next 24 hours, take a moment—whether it’s a minute, an hour, or the full day—to unplug and be present.

How do you unplug? Let us know in the comments!

00:00You're always plugged in, always locked in, what do you do to unplug?
00:03Um, I travel or it's really tough for me to unplug, first of all, but I'll, I'll break
00:08something just to put it back together. Things I do to unplug. Oh, I love the sun,
00:14love to be in the grass. I love a drive. There we go. Love a long drive. It's hard to unplug.
00:20I was just saying last night, right when you see a video on any Instagram, TikTok, you're stuck in
00:26there for a whole hour just scrolling. Down the rabbit hole with the weirdest stuff too.
00:30You just got to throw your phone out the window or something and just call it a day.
00:34For the people that might be at home right now feeling like, I don't know what to do,
00:36I'm tired of scrolling through Twitter or X, what advice do you have for them?
00:41Take a break. Stay off of social media for a while. I think one of the worst things in the
00:45world is the anxiety that we all feel collectively. And I think it has a lot to do with social media
00:51freaking us out even more. And then all of a sudden you just realize you go and you hang
00:55out with a friend and you just make those connections that you're supposed to make.
01:00That's what human beings are supposed to do.
01:02What do I do to unplug? Maybe chill with my kids or barbecue in the backyard or something like that.
01:07I like to listen to music. Fella Cootie's been in rotation for me. Of course, Grace Jones,
01:12Japanese jazz. I like to breathe, stand in the sun, watch my favorite shows.
01:18Just unplug from the chaos of the world. Turn the TV off.
