00:19that you face because nowadays people need to know that women are standing just right

00:26Yes, that's the whole reason why feminism was started, so that women could stand shoulder

00:34But these days, girls, we also see that feminism is being wrongly misused on social media.

00:41They also call it pseudo-feminism or lipstick feminism, where women, women, yes, women are

00:48using it negatively and trying to put the other gender down.

01:30If I don't want to wear modern clothes, I want to wear Indian traditional clothes, so

01:37She's saying that if a woman wants to be a housemaker, she could be a housemaker.

01:42She's saying that if a woman wants to stay at home, she can stay at home because she's

01:47following what her instincts are saying, what's her choice.

01:51And that's the true feminism, not wearing short clothes, going out and hanging around

01:56with people whom you shouldn't be hanging around with.

02:01Yeah, pseudo feminism is like that.

02:03We see that in our society, mostly girls think like equality in genders.

02:09Yes, equality in genders matter a lot.

02:11But the thing is that girls think like, if boys are abusing, why can't we do the same?

02:15Boys are wearing short clothes, why we can't wear?

02:17So this is pseudo feminism of girls that if we abuse or wear short clothes, then we will have feminism.

02:23Real feminism is like opportunities, equal opportunities in your studies, education,

02:29going out, doing a job.

02:30This is real feminism.

02:32Some people define feminism from a negative perspective, that is pseudo feminism.

02:37I must say, Satyam Institute had such an empowered woman, she was very right.

02:43Standing next to other gender doesn't mean that you will start smoking like them,

02:47that you will start abusing like them,

02:50and that you will start defaming other genders to stand up against them.
