00:41I'm just a stay-at-home mom.

00:58Being a stay-at-home mom, it's chaotic.

01:01But it's one of the most amazing things that has ever

01:04been able to happen in my life.

01:05Emerson is a blessing that I didn't know I needed.

01:09I was overweight my whole life, always like the bigger girl.

01:16Right after I had my son, I was over 315 pounds.

01:20I just remember being in the delivery room

01:22and just looking down at him, knowing

01:25that if I wanted to be the best mom that I could,

01:27that this lifestyle was not going to work.

01:29And I decided to lose weight.

01:35And it led me to a journey of self-love.

01:38I've learned I can do the things that I really dream to do.

01:45I'm doing this because I want Emerson to know

01:48that anything is possible.

01:51He's watching his mom go chase after her dreams.

01:55I just hope one day that he'll do the same thing.
